This place is heaven for sweets and deserts The baklava you get is very unique and has so good taste Also the sugar-free dry fruit barfi is amazing 😍 You get a lot many sweet options here too! A must visit place

The rajkachori was really nice. The curd was super sweet and cold just the way it should be and the filling was fresh. Completely satisfied😋

Review: Disappointing Experience – Needs Major Improvement Visited this outlet expecting a quick and satisfying meal, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the seating area was dirty — chairs had visible stains, and the tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in a while. Hygiene clearly isn’t a priority here. We ordered a few items, and most of the food tasted stale. The flavors were very average at best, and nothing felt freshly made. The biggest disappointment was the fresh lime soda — it was made from old lemons and had a bitter, off taste. Gave feedback not once, but three times to both the cashier and the manager. Shockingly, there was zero response — no apology, no replacement, no concern shown at all. Overall, poor service, average food, and questionable cleanliness. Definitely not recommending this place unless there’s a serious turnaround in quality and customer care.

Food is not at all tasty and so the sweets. Even the sweets they prepare for weddings is bad. First 2-3 days it’s ok but then you actually start getting the stale smell of the oil they use for dry and wet sweets for wedding . Trust me , have tried as I got the box from our relatives and couldn’t tell them that their money got wasted by ordering from them. It’s not my relatives fault as this sweet shop fooled them . The sample and the actual sweets tastes hell lot of different. Still you don’t believe then please go ahead and try. You’ll come to know.

This is such a big brand in terms of sweets. And just be awarded . I ordered a 1 kg box of dhoda sweets to gift someone and just have a look at this guys. It's having fungus. It was around for RS 740 which is not a less price. I felt so bad when I recieved this feedback from my friends that the box was having fungus. Plz friends be aware. These big names are also not safe. They are doing such a big crime. Someone has to consume this and you can imagine the consequences. Don't opt for gopal sweets,ludhiana.

The manager/cashier is the absolute worst and so non professional. Ordered a pav bhaji and then asked for extra bhaji while eating. They said they don't give extra bhaji, which is obviously ok. Upon which I said please let me know how much I need to pay for the extra bhaji.. and they refused a paying customer saying they don't give extra?! How does that make sense. Why do you even have a restaurant open if you are not going to sell food to paying customers. Height of stupidity!!

Ridiculous food quality, Poor taste and frankly no grievance addressed. Now Gopals management don’t think about their customers anymore. Guys but let me tell u one thing that today brand works only if quality keeps them surprising. Otherwise you can judge yourself better. My overall rating for Gopals is absolutely ZERO. 👎🏻

I had ordered 5 plate tikki channa and u can see the quantity of channa ( never expected from gopal sweets) 4 plates chat papdi but received only one plate. I m a regular customer but never expected this from Gopal's

This is what i got in 1 full plate of manchurian for Rp. 176/- Containing 6 balls. Unexpected. Pav bhaji was too oily. Will never order again.
