Tried the coffee moose and Popcorn chicken from this outlet. Fresh and hygienic preparation with quick service. Moreover, the attendants are extremely helpful and polite.

I have ordered triple treat and Such a pathetic packing all the chicken pieces are mixed.discusting.I don't prefer this type of serving even partitions can be made for all type of items

Save your kids from KFC because they are serving sick or contaminated chickens. I had an good experience with non vegetarian food because I serves 10 year with British council as quality checker. My kids order 2 large bucket from westend kfc outlet but when order delivered at that time quantities are very less. As they write on website . And the inner side of leg piece all the veins visible with contaminated blood. And cartilage are infected with some kind of bacteria that generally appear when flesh starts decomposing.

Very disappointing service. We ordered a chicken bucket through the website and it showed delivery by 10:50 PM, but the order was not delivered because they said no rider was available. Instead of informing us earlier, they planned to tell us only at 10:45 PM. In the end, my husband had to go there himself and collect the food personally. Completely unacceptable and a very poor customer experience.This happend second time with us

I didn't want to get this type of response from any restaurant, today before 20/25 mint i want to order chk zingr but the staff said burger was not available, but in front of me he have 6 pkts of buns that's why I call the manager (Salman) said they save this buns for delivery,but how mane order he will get in 30 mints. he said kuch bol nahi shkte kitne aaye ge kitne nahi...

More than 10 mins of waiting in que . Because . One working counter. Despite having 3 counters . And then they tell you have to wait for another 40 mins because of none of the food is ready. Yes 40 mins ! The guys at front had zero idea what they were doing be it taking irder or delivering ! They were not even sorry for the delay !

Quality of service has gone way down. Food is nothing close to as advertised in pics. Burgers have tikki which is half the size of bread. Servers feel offended if you ask for a particular type of piece, drink as a part of combo is only pepsi and can not be changed to any other. Other kfc outlets are way better in their service.

Delivery guy denied to deliver correct location.this is very disappointing me and meal not delivered on time. Something is missing in this delivery.I am totally strongly disagree this type of service.Next tym I am think two three times to place order in zomato.
