Had fresh fruit tart and rainbow pastry on one instance, and rainbow cake on another instance - both times the experience was superlative. My impression of rainbow pastry was its great to look at and not good to eat but this place changed it and how.. hands down the best rainbow pastry I have had!

SERVICE NEEDS TO IMPROVE Please check your phone numbers provided on zomato app as they are out of service and Nobody is paying attention to what customers are needing as per their liking. Moreover No one is serious to take orders on call as no one cares to forward the order to kitchen without caring for unnecessary delays every time

We ordered the chicken pesto pasta, and the taste was just okay compared to the price. It lacked flavor and tasted bland. Furthermore, it cost around 700 for one plate. I would recommend this place if you prioritize ambiance over food.

Dear Mr. Nikhil Mittal, We’re a frequent visitor at your Ludhiana outlet and Lemon tart is our go to dessert. I would like to highlight that the past two experiences have not been upto the mark. The lemon curd was under done both the times and the shortcrust was bot baked properly as well. There wasn’t any whipped cream in the base as well like the usual. Such things are not expected from a brand like yours. Kindly check with your base kitchen and see if the recipes are not tampered with. Best!

Great food but absolute mess of a staff and service. Routine practice of ignoring the kid while bringing cutlery be it plates or spoon. Is he to eat with hands like savages. The manager thinks he is above customers. Left the food untouched. I am sorry Nik Baker's but you lost a customer

Im from UK and will NEVER go again! The food is below average with extortionate prices. The biggest failure is the customer service. Such rude and unprofessional workers from servers to so called ‘management’. I hope Nick Bakers fails miserably as soon as possible.

They gave us a wrong order and instead of being apologetic we had to pay again for correct order.. such a shame.. taste was just below average.. overhyped

It was awful …. Completely diff. From the pasta which they serve during dining ! Never gonna place order again from niks !
