Visited One8 and Commune loved the ambience—elegant white interiors, stunning chandeliers, and beautiful draping create a very premium vibe. Food was good 8/10, but the atmosphere truly stands out. Definitely worth visiting.

We visited 8 Commune on 22 April and, unfortunately, had a highly disappointing dining experience. The quality of food and overall service fell significantly below expectations. We ordered loaded nachos; however, what was served was simply a small portion of plain nachos with no toppings or fillings, despite being charged ₹500. This was misleading and did not justify the price at all. Additionally, the rice served with our meal was undercooked, which further impacted the overall dining experience. The taste of the dishes, in general, was not up to the mark. From a service perspective, there were noticeable gaps as well. Basic accompaniments such as pickles were not available, which is quite surprising for a dining establishment. These details, though small, contribute significantly to the overall experience and should not be overlooked. Today I visited One8 Commune and it was a very disappointing experience. The food quality was extremely poor, and on top of that, it took far too long for the food to arrive. When it finally came, it was completely cold. The AC was not working properly despite the extreme heat, and the humidity inside the restaurant made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. I informed the manager, but there seemed to be no coordination at all. The manager’s behavior and way of speaking were also unprofessional and rude. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. The brand name may be big, but the service and quality were far below expectations. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointing experience at One8 Commune. Visited around 2:30 PM and had to wait nearly 1.5 hours for my food, which eventually arrived cold. The staff was unresponsive, and even after raising the issue with the manager (Mr. Ajay Birla), no proper resolution was provided. I had to leave in the middle of my meal due to the poor service. Definitely not what you expect from a brand like this. Would not recommend.

I had one of my worst dining experiences at one 8 Commune. The service was extremely slow, and the food arrived way later than expected. To make it worse, everything was served cold, which completely ruined the meal. I was really looking forward to a good experience, but it turned out to be very disappointing. Definitely not up to the mark in terms of both service and quality.

One of the worst experience till now I have been to many restaurants in Ludhiana, but I think this was not expected from a great brand like one 8 first we ordered a veg platter it was cold food and it was served to us after 30 minute and after this, we ordered something in drink’s, but it never came. Not recommend

There is no reservation option in the district but they didn't let us in without one , I came with my whole family dressed and all but now we have to eat at a grumpy place nearby
