I had spoken with your hotel manager, Rishu Singh Rajput, before my booking. He clearly assured me that both 13-year-old children would be considered as kids. However, at the time of billing, the hotel charged full adult rates for both 13-year-old children. This was very disappointing, as the information provided by your manager turned out to be incorrect. Customers should not be misled in this manner.

It was really a very bad experience rather it was pathetic. Food quality was just ok ok. Hygiene wise it was zero. Mosquitoes & flies were roaming around the buffet spread. mosquitoes were sticked on the cake topping. They charged for the buffet like five star hotels but the buffet spread was not even of the one star quality. Even a road side restaurant offers better than this.

What a disappointment. District is a ripper. Was showing 700/- for two after discount, but they charged us 2150/- inc. taxes for such a waste buffet. I wish i had gone POG instead.
