I ordered last month for pizza . It was good but it takes 25 minutes to deliver so I want to advice you to make your order quickly .otherwise the tast was fantastic

Unhygienic Food and Cockroach in Sambar I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern about the unhygienic food served at your restaurant. I ordered Masala dosa from your Grand silver spoon but unfortunately, I found a cockroach in it after consuming the entire dish. I have attached the photos of the order details and the cockroach in the sambar for your reference This incident has left me distressed and raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards maintained in your kitchen. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and hygiene in the food served, which your restaurant failed to provide. I demand strict action against the restaurant for serving unhygienic food. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary actions to prevent such incidents in the future. I request you to take immediate action to address this issue, including: 1. Improving your kitchen's hygiene standards 2. Retraining your staff on food handling and safety protocols 3. Providing a refund for my order 4. Offering compensation for the distress caused

waste of money, waste of time.. enjoy another restaurant. except silver spoon.. staff behaviour not good.. spoil your day ...argument non stop..
