The quality and taste this place provides is the best in Ludhiana. Their golgappe, aloo tikki, aloo chat and raj kachori are must try items. I've tried a lot of food items here, including sweets, namkeens and desserts like fruit pudding cup and choco coffee mousse cup, all items were super delicious and super amazing.

Too much bad experience today.... everytime we went Sita Ram for everything just bcoz we trust them for their hygiene practices..but today we r eating water balls n get 2 insects in that..when we informed them they are not ready to accept their mistake n even they did not apologize for that n their behaviour is like that it's not insects it's only cumin seeds even their own employee said that these are the insects ..but they did not accept their mistake.. I will not recommend to others to eat anything at sita Ram if they cannot respect their customers....just for competition with others they forgot their civilian responsibilities..

We ordered tikkis n dahi golgappas . Tiki was like without any carrots Beetroot pomegranate ginger dhania. It was like plain tiki with curd chutney . Worst tikkis i ever had … no flavour no freshness.. feeling like having stale items

I ordered online food they were send us cold stuff not upto the best food. Not happy 😒 In future I will not ordered from SITARAM SWEETS.
