I ordered aloo patty sub and they put the aloo patty without warming. It's upsetting that they put in all the said ingredients but didn't toast the bread as I could see the cheese put as it is. It's sad that aloo patty was served freezing cold.

The meal was not up to the mark. Capsicum and onion were good in taste but the rest of the stuffing was not properly heated up. I had bad overall experience

Wrong items delivered and they did not even accept their mistake and held the rider responsible for the same.

Placed an order 12/06/2019 from Zomato for delivery. Had ordered Chicken tandoori footlong. Spent-385/bucks I am highly disappointed by the experience of subway Ludhiana (silver arc mall). Despite telling them to toast bread Bread was raw without being toasted. Veggies were present in very less quantity (means how you manipulate the legacy of subway which is there as trademark for years). Veggies weren't fresh and dressing was totally messed up. Had asked them to put mint mayonnaise and mustard (but I hardly believe they put any). I have been a regular customer of subway Delhi and even visited many places in Maharashtra , Lucknow,etc but my delivery of this city /branch has been a bad experience. I strictly recommend to not visit this place as it might dig a hole in your pocket yet not fulfill your appetite

Ordered from zomato, another bad and incomplete sub from this restaurant, I think they don't read the order summary, I ordered a tuna 6" with egg, this time there is no egg include and earlier I added double meat but didn't get, Please look at this Matter, again disappointing But I appreciate zomato service

I had ordered a 12 inch roasted chicken double meat sub. I received it with single meat and when I contacted the outlet , they replied very rudely . Untrained staff and zero respect .

I have ordered veg salad with all sauces mentioned in it and there is no sauces in it. Poor services and not satisfied food. I will never recommend any of my friends and family.

Not happy with the order. Less Veggies, less number of sauce added though I've selected all, not same as I've used to get personally. Very disappointed

I had ordered an sub via Zomato And this is what I got ,A totally burnt sub from upside and completely uneatable Very disappointed with the quality
