It was an whoa experience for us for the entire family - and we had folks in all age groups, from grandparents to a five year old, and all of them had a wow experience as we had imagined we would! The cocktails were better than what we get in Delhi, the mango ginger needs special mention ! The food and the service and the ambience were all top notch! Thank you for giving us an amazing experience! We will visit soon, and also spread the word!

i went there with my family a few days ago and everything was good. we got our cabin and obviously booked through zomato . so I decided to book a table again through zomato but I wasn't able to get private cabin .they said if you want then don't pay through zomato and your bill should be at least 4000 . but if they can't give cabin it should be mentioned clearly and if they could give us cabin a few days ago then why not today.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Ruined Our Special Evening I booked this place for a special date with my partner, expecting a good experience — but it turned out to be one of the worst. No reserved table was ready for us, even after booking in advance. We were told we could only sit for 1 hour — ridiculous for a date night! The restaurant was full of flies, making it feel dirty and unhygienic. The staff was rude, careless, and not at all welcoming.

Service was super slow, staff was unfriendly and careless and to make the matter worse, the volume of singer was so loud... we cant even listen to each other, we were there for family gathering, but we couldn't talk because the loud voice was force fed in our ears. Despite requesting numerous times they didnt slow down the volume. Never visiting again.

Worst experience at Borgo. In my opinion, the management is completely clueless. Manager Mandeep Singh couldn’t even allocate seats for our group of 13–14, looked confused, and seemed like the New Year’s Eve tiredness still wasn’t over. No solutions, no senior contact, no professionalism. Absolutely not returning.

Borgo doesn't entertain Bookings from your portal they simply deny any bookings they refused us booking from your side !! We and our guest were very embarrassed and angry .

Really poor service and staff, made us wait for seating inside 1 hour. and still did not gave space inside, even though the space was empty.
