The Black Spot on Tea and Coffee Beans Franchise We visited the outlet today, and it was quite crowded. Since there was no table available indoors for 8 people, the waiter told us, “You can sit outside as there is no table available for 8 people.” We agreed and sat in the outdoor seating area. However, after that, no one came to provide us with a menu or take our order. I had to go inside myself to collect the menu and then returned to place the order. When I approached the person taking orders, I was told very clearly: “You will not be served anything outside. Our priority is our indoor customers. Once the indoor customers have eaten and left, then we will think about taking your order.” I asked him, “Then why have you provided outdoor seating in the restaurant if you are not going to serve customers sitting there?” I again asked whether they would take our order or not. His response was simply: “We will not take your order.” This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I visited this café on August 29, and unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The sofa was not clean, and when I asked the staff to clean the table, they brought a very smelly cloth that looked more like a floor mop. It was honestly quite unpleasant. My pizza arrived almost 30 minutes late, and it was served without chilli flakes, oregano, or proper cutlery. There wasn’t even a serving spoon provided for the pizza. To make matters worse, at the end of the visit, I was given someone else’s bill. I’m writing this review because I’ve visited many Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf cafés before, and they have generally been well-managed with good service. Unfortunately, this particular location was a completely different experience. The cleanliness, service, and overall management were extremely disappointing.
