One place to visit in Madurai if you’re keen on the ambience. It also has a very good car park so it’s an added advantage. The place was huge and the theme was cinema, Kollywood to be precise. The decors were well lit and spacious too. Apart from normal chairs there were also cabins like car and train. There was a special meeting room to with a large number of seating too. In all it was superbly made. The first impression was ‘wow’. Scanning the place, the only thought I had in mind was how it was going to cater such huge audience but to my surprise the service was swift. The orders were quickly taken up and dishes arrived fast. Coming to the food, Sweet Corn Veg Soup was average, Egg Drop Chicken Soup was a joke. Butter Garlic Prawn was lovely, with big sized prawns, though the prawns felt undercooked. Naan and Butter Naan were soft and complemented well with Paneer Tikka Masala. Veg Hakka Fried Rice was just a normal fried rice. Manchurian Fried Rice felt like Schezwan fried rice and was touch too spicy. Onion Dosa was decent. In the end the Filter Coffee made my day, probably the best coffee I had in last one week. Choco Brownie Vanilla too was good. Overall, even if the food was average, the ambience made for it and as it has all the cuisine, it would satisfy all types of people, so they have a winner on cards.
