Cafe 1986 in Manali has a nice ambience and a good overall vibe, but the extra charges were disappointing. They added a very high service charge, which was presented as mandatory, and I’m not sure why it was compulsory. The experience could have been much better if the additional charges were more transparent and reasonable.

they don't accept Zomato dine in lol zomato is not even doing anything take off from your listing. average restaurant over hyped. not worth it.

This is the worst restaurant in town . fakest . ambience is good. service is the worst in India . also from manager till server waiter everyone is a scammer , scamming the tourists. we booked through zomato on bank offers. told that in the restaurant and as soon as waiter came. They didn't say anything. During bill payment they started drama only cash or gpay and no online platform payment . the behavior also was very bad. For 1 chicken pizza and 1 6 piece chicken wing plate the bill was 1818. It's unreasonably expensive and then the service is the worst The behaviour is worst. Don't book this through Zomato. it's scam

First they asked me to wait for 10 mins but then were like more 10 and then more 10 and later gave us a table for 3 when we r 4 ppl and stuffed up. We told them also to change our table once any other get’s free but didn’t. Food was very very weird - the chilly paneer was bad. The music was just vibe dead. Nobody cleared the table and helped with basic service until asked. Even for the bill they charged service and entertainment 10% and when asked to remove waiter fought with us saying u have to pay… but overall not a good experience. Won’t recommend

Terrible experience, Fancy sounding but v limited toppings on pizza and NO sauce and base tasted after market not fresh and service was v slow, Coffee was so watered down, Cabbage in noodles was sour, Such a amazing location and ambience but terrible food and overpriced

Went for breakfast, took an hour to serve the shittiest breakfast ever. (French breakfast) Incomplete items, undercooked food, tasted shit, wasted more than hour for nothing.
