I've have been going to Dylan's everytime I'm in Manali. last time was in the first week of January 2025. I love this cafe and the food and the people. I ordered the usual americano and chocolate chip cookies (their speciality) and my mom n I loved it. later we decided to order tuna sandwich and fries and it was great. highly recommended.

A very cute & cozy cafe. It’s know for its Dylan’s special chocolate cookies & trust me it’s delicious, if you have to try one thing from here, try that. Dylan’s special cookie milkshake was good too.

It's a small cozy cafe. Despite the simple interior, i recommend the place for cozy look n feel ,and also the cappuccino and chocochip cookies. The cookie was just fresh from the oven and melted in mouth. I had come here after my lunch, and was just happy after taking the first sip of coffee . Although the pancake was okayish, but then since it's not overpriced, it was a decent try :) all in all, a good experience.

The interiors are pretty solid but I felt it was a bit overpriced..breakfast is decent but is common with other cafés..hospitality is great from the staff and the owners alike..must try: chocolate tea (their signature on the menu).

They certainly have the best chocolate cookies in town However, i found the coffee to be overrated and pricey The taste is usual like other usual coffees

Seeing the ratings I decided to stop by at Dylan’s for breakfast. I had ordered a pancake and scrambled eggs. The food seemed okay until I fell sick right after having it. The ambience is rustic surrounded by Bob Dylan’s theme which is nice. The owner did not seem very courteous and polite while speaking to the customers. For me the food quality was not good and could be improved. Last thing you would want is to fall sick on a holiday.

There was no service. You just walk in, look around for whom to order from. Sit down, wait, look at the menu, wait, then someone realises they have a customer looking to order and they then get moving. The menu is great! The execution is poor. Don't visit if you're an Indian, they seem to not care for your business.

Dont know why the rating was so high. such a disappointment. It's a small place and the food took very long to serve. We ordered chocolate banana pancakes and veggie sandwich. The pancakes were actually crepe which was such a disappointment. the veggie sandwiches were below average, the only saving grace were the fries. never again.
