Must try their seafood restaurant. Polite staff, hygienic ambience and really good food. Recommended - Fish masala fry, Kori roti gassi, Neer dosa squid masala.

Dinning date 24-07-2022. The place was full but still the hotel accommodated us by making table arrangements for all in waiting by making last moment table in their Hotel Party Hall. Because of which we missed out on all the true original premium service of the Hotel if seated on the original Hotel Dinning Table. The Tables were what you would expect at partty event with cloth wrapped on table with plastic chairs. All basic items like water, tissue, sauces & etc.. had to be kept on asking repeatedly. Staff was not able to cater to the huge numbers. Food was on the moderate side with normal taste & quantity. Ambience & service was was completely the poorest. I do not recommend this Hotel especially on weekends or when its full. Cleanliness was a ace which includes cutlery, clean white ceramic plates & a food table napkin. Also the Valet parking facility was very well done despite of the total crowd & inadequate parking slot within the hotel. My rating is based on Food Quality& quantity, ambience I experienced, service, washroom, hygiene, valet parking, ambience& table conduct.

At first I was amazed with the food which i ordered online. 2nd i visited in person and tasted amazing food. the quality, quantity of food was extreme and the service was also the best. but yesterday when I visited, the staff a man's rude attitude didn't favour me and asked us to wait as there were many waiting people already, ok i understand that but there were many vacant seats available though he didn't allow us to sit which made me very embarrassed and disappointed. i didn't expect this from this restaurant. I had recommended this restaurant to many but now I feel very bad that I have come here to give negative feedback. Sorry to say this. I felt worst

Terrible service. I was on holiday in Mangalore for a month and have visited multiple cafes/restaurants. This place has by far, the WORST service I have experienced! Which is surprising since I can see at least 10 staff at a time standing idle/chatting and it's not even a busy day. Street side vendors offer better service than this place

the service was pathetic. so we were 5 people waiting in the queue They made us wait for 20 min and then they gave us a table for four and told us to adjust we agreed .The food which we ordered was average and the manager was so rude they didn't know how to behave with customers. I was so disappointed with the service.

Worst Experience, the services are totally pathetic and Hotel Sai Palace has to understand that taking orders and delivering are different. Hampankatta’s Sai Palace is simply diluting the brand name and quality

Probably the worst place to order food from. extremely inefficient staff who never follow any instructions. I would never recommend this place to order for food. completely avoidable for Dining

The croissant was stale and caused stomach upset. The sweets also are not fresh. Food is average. Highly overrated.
