Let me start with the disclaimer, wanted to rate the place 3.5 but as there was no option for that and except for some misses , i had a reasonably good experience, decided to be generous and rate it 4 . First , what made me love this place was the phenomenally delicious Crab Masala , funnily enough , they had actually rubbed it of their daily special board , but luckily we asked . Sweet meat & coated with a delecious masala , it was amongst the best Jenji's i have tasted , full five stars for that . Now let us move down to the big let down , it is a fish thali place & the fish thali we ordered were, ok not mincing words , bad . The fish curry actually tasted like the chicken curry served with kori rutti ( that too not in a good way ), with no taste of fish in it , even the veges were quite bellow normal , i dont remember all four of us , ever , not even eating half of the first serve itself . The other let down , it was a sunday evening, that we had gone there , and the board prominently displayed Prawns ( as mentioned eariler crabs were rubbed off 🙃) and 5 minutes after taking order for 2 prawn dishes , our otherwise friendly & efficent waiter informed us that they were out of prawns 😞. Also they had a fish Thali combo on the board , which we were again informed was for lunch only & they had forgotten to erase it . OK , back to the good things again , we had in fried , a Muru & an Anjal , both done perfectly , certainly , both a 4.5 out of 5 . We also tried a chicken , i guess it was Hyderabad style , if i remember correctly, well it was certainly diffrent, not to my taste but someone may like it , a 3.5 on 5 . Addationally we had fish eggs & Neer Dosa , both above avrage , in all a mixed bag of experience, but we did come out with happy faces . will definately reccomend
