Food could be better. The cheesecake was too sweet and we had to remind the server about the offer we received from Zomato. the free drinks were just bait. It was too lame.

Dessert descriptions are wrong, Zomato offers are apparently applicable only to food and not alcohol so that is something to keep in mind.

The 35% off was the only reason why I took my family to The Loft. The offer was misleading as it wasn't applicable on seafood and drinks, this should've been highlighted clearly instead of the fine print. The food was good but the quantity was not worth the cost.

Pathetic service. They got our order wrong 3 times and then took forever to replace it. The Zomato offer also felt completely misleading. It clearly mentioned a flat 15% discount on the cover charge of ₹80, but when it was time to pay, we were told it wasn’t applicable on seafood or bottled drinks — which apparently even included cocktails. This is honestly the first time I’ve experienced something like this. No restaurant has ever excluded seafood and drinks from an offer without clearly mentioning it upfront. Feels like customers are being lured in with offers that don’t actually apply to most of the bill.

The service was very slow..took 40 mins for one of my order. Dal makhni did not have salt at all. cocktail was good. overall not a good experience when we go with family.
