This is my go to place for coffee and a quick bite. The staff is always pleasant. And they have a barista (Krathika) who customizes your coffee for you, which is a definite plus. The Nutella Hazel Bliss will have you drift off to a warm happy place, especially if you're stressed. Think of those 90s Cadbury ads. The food is good too, although I do wish they'd bring back those chicken parcels, which had flaky pastry and a warm creamy garlicky chicken filling. Yum. A must visit if you're new to town or just want a break from the hustle and bustle.

The ambience at Stairway Café is warm, aesthetic and the perfect place to unwind. But the best part is the staff. they’re polite, patient and always make you feel taken care of. Especially the lady manager there🙌 grateful for this place

The food is great, coffees are mid but on some days they’re great. Very inconsistent like that. The chocolate croissant is the crowd favourite and recently tried the chicken croissant panini which was yumm

Food and Coffee is decent and can be tried but service is pathetic. They will serve coffee first and then make you wait for 30-40 mins before they serve food. Your cold brew will become water because of ice and hot brew will be cold.

service was very pathetic. for a simple french fries,they made us wait for 55mins . when we told to cancel the order,they refused and talked rudely that you will have to pay for the order and then also food came,15 mins late .
