This is my go to place for coffee and a quick bite. The staff is always pleasant. And they have a barista (Krathika) who customizes your coffee for you, which is a definite plus. The Nutella Hazel Bliss will have you drift off to a warm happy place, especially if you're stressed. Think of those 90s Cadbury ads. The food is good too, although I do wish they'd bring back those chicken parcels, which had flaky pastry and a warm creamy garlicky chicken filling. Yum. A must visit if you're new to town or just want a break from the hustle and bustle.

The ambience at Stairway Café is warm, aesthetic and the perfect place to unwind. But the best part is the staff. they’re polite, patient and always make you feel taken care of. Especially the lady manager there🙌 grateful for this place

The food is great, coffees are mid but on some days they’re great. Very inconsistent like that. The chocolate croissant is the crowd favourite and recently tried the chicken croissant panini which was yumm

A Must-Visit Cafe! ☕🍰 Had a great experience at this cafe! The food, coffee, and overall vibe make it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a good meal. Must-try items: ☕ Filter Coffee – Rich, aromatic, and perfectly brewed. A definite pick for coffee lovers. 🍟 French Fries – Crispy, golden, and super satisfying. 🥪 Tandoori Chicken Focaccia Sandwich – Flavorful, filling, and easily one of the highlights of the meal. 🍰 OG Cheesecake – Creamy, delicious, and the perfect way to finish the meal. Overall, a lovely place with a great selection of food and drinks. Definitely worth visiting, especially if you want to try these dishes!

Food and Coffee is decent and can be tried but service is pathetic. They will serve coffee first and then make you wait for 30-40 mins before they serve food. Your cold brew will become water because of ice and hot brew will be cold.

First of all, the AC wasnt working. It was EXTREMELY hot. Second, my coffee literally took over 30 minutes to come. Cafe was quite noisy too.
