Butter garlic was over cooked and very sweet, tawa fry was hard and tasted horrid it was fried in refined vegetable oil instead of coconut

We ordered gobi manchurian once that was delivered we saw that it tasted weird then when we went ahead and ask the waiter why its tastes like non veg he said it is definitely gobi manchurian and told us we can have it. After that once we started having it there was definitely something wrong and then the head waiter comes in just takes the plate away when we take a closer look at it was Prawn. We have ordered two diet Cokes as well when we told the waiter that it is non veg and we are not going to pay for anything and walk out he has the audacity to tell that the bill is already been done and we are supposed to pay it as if with they just did not ruin us. This was a very bad experience would not recommend.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Bacchus Inn, Manipal. Despite visiting once or twice every week, we are repeatedly denied seating with the same excuse: “reserved,” even when the place is visibly not full. The worst part is the attitude of the Supervisor Karunakara Shetty and Manager Sudeep Shetty. When we said we are regular customers, we were bluntly told it doesn’t matter even if you don’t come. This level of arrogance and disrespect towards customers is shocking. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and terrible customer handling. Loyal customers are clearly not valued here. Completely disappointed.

Never try chinese here. Its really bad. I ordered American Chopsuey, the noodles were not even crispy , while it is supposed to be and on the menu itself its written crispy. They were soggy and sweet af. They added pineapple, which i never saw in a chopsuey. They mixed normal noodles with some sweet sauce. Disgusting... On top of that didnt like the attitude of one of the waiters when asked for an extra menu. Had to ask three times and after that he showed such attitude. Bad experience.

Horrible service which starts right at the front door. The staff are unreceptive and arrogant. Seats remain "reserved" but empty for hours. They seat you in the corner away from everything where they can serve you as slow as possible. Overpriced. Imagine paying to fund attitude. I would not

they will rip you off . staff behavior is pathetic . if you get drunk there. they will sneakily add service charge in the bill in-between food charges in bill . so youll miss it and pay also if you dont give thr tip. they behave very rudely

their peach ice tea was horrible. tastes like cough syrup. other food served were also cold. they gave water after we asked for atleast 5 times. no glass was provided to drink water. the ketchup asked during starters arrived with main course

The staff was really rude and the service was really slow. Did not even bring the bill on time, blamed us running away without paying the bill. Never visit this place!! 🤢🤢🤢
