We stayed at Country Inn & Suites Manipal and had an amazing experience. One of the primary reasons for a memorable vacation was the delicious food they served. The whole team is very warm and friendly and their service is quick. Their in-room dining service is also very prompt and the menu is vast. Both their restaurants are really good. We tried the Mangalorean cuisine at Mosaic and all the dishes were great. Met the chef and he explained a lot about the dishes. My favourite was the kori gassi and neer dosa. The seafood is really fresh and a must have. Their asian and north indian cuisine is equally good. We ate some Pan Asian dishes for the first time and they were delicious. Their desserts were the highlight of every meal. They also have an expansive buffet which has good variety of dishes. The rooftop restaurant is for fine dining and the view at sunset from the rooftop pool is beautiful. It has a great ambiance to chill out and enjoy with friends and family.

We had booked a table for dinner at country inn Manipal for our dad's birthday. It was a pleasant surprise to see our table was arranged on the terrace and lighted with candles and flower petals. The ambience was quite pleasing. Mr. Michael, the restuarant manager, along with his staff arranged all this and he was all there throughout to help us choose the best food and beverages for the evening. We enjoyed the evening.

Truly, one of the greatest biryani I have had in a very long time! Each grain of the rice was perfectly cooked. There were plenty of chicken pieces as well. The Biryani fest was a magnificent experience. We were very well served by Mr. Michael D'Souza as his expertise in food was very commendable and he made us comfortable. We would definitely be visiting again for some more deliciousness!

Appriciate this complete team of Mr Michael next Oriental restaurant. I come here with my wife and she doesn't want to go anywhere else other than this place. We come here twice a week and have got membership as well because Ms Sulia clearly remembers the previous orders placed by us. It's so easy here. Elite resturant in Manipal.

Best place to have Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in Manipal. Pan Asian Cuisine is very good. Do visit this place.

We wanted a delicious veg lunch in Manipal with ample time in hand and good ambience What we ordered and ate: 1. Dal makhani: 5/5 Tasty and creamy. Good quantity and consistency. 2. Crispy chilli corn: 5/5 Good spice and quantity. Very crispy and tasty. 3. Carrot basil soup: 4/5 Very thick consistency and tasty. Good quantity as well. Must have. 4. Pudina Paratha: 4/5 Pudina was powdered and put on the Paratha. Pudina could also be stuffed. It was wheat Paratha and really good. 5. Butter chicken: 4/5 Butter chicken was good however not very tasty. Can try. The ambience was great. Food was above average, could have been better. We tried the veg platter and we found it a bit more spicy for our liking. Crockery and cutlery clearance was a bit slow and we had to repeatedly call the stewards to clear our plates. Overall it was a good experience and I'd definitely recommend it to my friends.

everything we ordered lacked seasoning. the chicken in particular, was not fresh. It was like chewing on a brown piece of chewing gum, extremely hard, dry and rubbery. Highly disappointed with the quality.

If hospitality dies somewhere.....then this is the place. Its a graveyard for hospitality and surprisingly a big brand like Radisson endorses this property and probably that's what got me here. Unnecessary wait at the restaurant to be seated because staff is confused and the host is lost, told they are seating inhouse guests first wish they told me earlier would have saved myself from such horrible experience. Anyways, got a table after unnecessary wait as staff were occupied pretending to be busy. They could have made this up by offering good food but waitress straight away said go for the buffet while I insisted for A la Carte and she was angry. Came with one menu and no bar card and finally told a la carte will take ages to come. Finally, decided for buffet as already waited a lot and wow...plates are missing, fish curry has only curry left and I am not at a roadside dhaba to raise the issue, someone should be looking and refilling. Finally got some food and no starters, looked and it was sitting out without any signs or staff guiding there. Bar table is as dirty as it could be and staff are busy talking to themselves. The only hope I have is to pay and leave the place to never come again. Yeah, food was just ordinary definitely I can get much better food around. Being an alumni of India's premier hotel institute and have worked with global brands, to see this state of affairs in such a lovely industry is worrisome. One more thing, desserts were disaster too. Sorry, was able to get pic from one side of the bar as other was too dirty with half filled glasses and used straws in them. And Virgin Mojito come with lemon seeds fortunately you just pay for the drink, seeds are free. Yes, I could have asked for another drink but was done with the overall experience.

I would have given zero stars if I could have. This "fancy" hotel in Manipal is the MOST DISGUSTING! Gave us the worst food poisoning of our lives which took us days to recover. You ruined a great holiday for us! Feel like suing this place. The food was undercooked and tasted bad. We just thought it was that, till we fell so sick! Pls skip this place if you value your health.
