Very good food and service, especially for traditional Mangalorean cuisine. We tried their full traditional menu & all items were very good. Also, must try palak paneer in coconut shell.

Very good service. Great tasty vegetarian food. Huge menu with loads of South Indian and North Indian options. Friendly staff. Decent ambience. A must try if you are visiting Udupi.

Gokula Krishna Restaurant is Kediyoor Hotel's veg eatery that caters to the many pilgrims that throng tell temple town of Udupi. Situated in the heart of Udupi, Kediyoor Hotel is quite a landmark, and therefore easy to find. Go here to savour some authentic Udupi cuisine that is now world famous for it's taste and how fast it reaches your table. The ambience is nice for a Udupi restaurant, you might have to wait but you'll get a table quickly. The service is great, all the waiters serve you with a smile. Udupi restaurants like these take special care to make you feel at home if you're a tourist. We had: 🍽️ Masala Dosa - Crisp Dosa served with really tasty sambar & chutney. 🍽️ Mangalore Buns - These are nothing like the buns you've had before. This mildly sweet, soft and fluffy bread made with maida and banana is typically eaten for breakfast or as a tea-time snack. Highly recommended!👍🏻 🍽️ Royal Falooda - Rose syrup, vermicelli, sabja seeds topped with ice cream. This one's a winner. 👍🏻 🍽️ Gadbad - When in South Canara, always end your meal with Gadbad. A mix of 3 kinds of ice cream, nuts, jelly garnished with wafer biscuits. We like it. Love the taste, love the value for money. Will I visit again? Yes!

Chaats (Bhel and Sev Puri) quality has dropped drastically over last 3 months. Had ordered because their chaats were really good. Now, it was the worst chaat I've had at any place.
