Worst food experience ever. The food served in the train was absolutely disgusting, stale, and completely unfit for consumption. Soon after eating it, every member of my family suffered from severe food poisoning. Instead of enjoying our journey, we spent the entire time dealing with stomach pain, vomiting, and extreme discomfort because of this irresponsible service. It is shocking that such unhygienic and unsafe food is being served to passengers. The quality, taste, and cleanliness standards were pathetic. This is not just bad service — it is a serious health hazard. Strict action should be taken against the restaurant/vendor for risking passengers’ health. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this provider unless they want to ruin their journey and risk getting sick.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience! 👎🤢 This restaurant seriously needs to rethink what they’re serving to customers. I ordered Soya Chaap, Tawa Roti, and Veg Biryani, and not a single item was worth even tasting. The soya chaap was undercooked — chewy, raw, and completely inedible. The tawa roti was hard and cold, looked like it had been made hours ago, not fresh at all. But the Veg Biryani was the worst part — it was clearly stale and spoiled. The moment I opened the box, a horrible, foul smell hit me. It literally made me lose my appetite. How can a restaurant even think of sending such food to customers? This was supposed to be a meal, not a punishment. I feel cheated and disgusted. Such unhygienic, careless service is completely unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience. The food was pathetic and completely unhygienic. Taste was bad, and cleanliness standards were shocking. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Management seriously needs to improve food quality and hygiene.
