Haldiram is not customer friendly. They sent samosas and cachories without green chutney and when we asked for the same they argued and said it is their policy, and you should ask about it beforehand but my point is samosas are always sold with both types of chutney everywhere so how we come to know Haldiram does not provide it. Once I ordered Tikki so green chutney was sent but half of it spoiled the package as it was not packed properly. Once they sent rotten sweets in thalies , when we complained , they replaced it with rasgullas . But my point is that they must ensure the quality of food before delivering. The food is tasty but these things dishearten the customers. The concerned stakeholders kindly look into the matter.

Food is below Haldiram standards. But not as low as the service. Absolutely awful service. The place is filled with staff but they cannot serve 3 tables in a timely manner. not going back.

Very poor hospitality. Spent almost two hours at the restaurant just because the food was served late. I could see only one steward serving all the tables. Felt as if there are too many cooks but very less or i must say nil waiters. Absolutely no concern for the customers, zero marks for hospitality. Had to ask multiple times for regular water. A typical western UP behaviour ( rude ). Will not visit again. I had to wait too long for food, breads were served early and sabzi was delayed. By the time whole order came, breads were cold. Very poor hospitality once again. No concern for customers. I wanted to cancel my order and leave without any refund…

Today I visited haldirams I was really looking forward to my meal, but unfortunately the naan was a big letdown. It came out hard dry and slightly burnt definitely not the soft. Haldirams is such a huge food chain people expect good and delicious food from a good restaurant. I hope the kitchen pays more attention to quality and freshness next time. Very disappointed

Delivery order was poorly packed. quantity less and no great taste to remember by. Would not recommend. the delivery container with yoghurt was just about to tear apart!!
