I recently tried the Navratri Thali at Hira Sweets, and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The Aloo Gravy Sabji and Paneer were passable but lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. The Raita and Pooris were average at best. However, the arbi Sabji and Samak Rice were downright inedible. The Samak Rice had a consistency that resembled a medical concoction rather than a dish, with no discernible flavor whatsoever. The arbi Sabji was drenched in oil, overwhelming any potential taste. At a price of Rs. 300, this Thali was a major letdown. It's hard to justify the cost when only one item, the Poori, was enjoyable. Hira Sweets needs to seriously reconsider the quality and value of their Navratri offerings.

Origano and chilli flakes was not in pizza , When I called them and tell them about it, Even the they were not accepting their mistake... Very bad customer service and who give pizza without origano and chilli

I ordered idli sambar, idli was good but sambar was too bad not even tasting like sambar too much oil floating on the surface just water, masala and few chunks of vegetables with no touch of sambar.

Extremely disappointing experience! Visited Hira Sweets (Meerut) today and was shocked by the poor hygiene arrangements. The handwashing area is on the 3rd floor, while the restaurant operates from the ground floor. The lift was either not working or always busy — I had to wait 3–5 minutes and then climb 3 floors just to wash my hands. This is not just inconvenient — it shows a complete lack of concern for basic hygiene. Even worse, I had visited around 3–4 months ago, and the same issue was there. Clearly, the management is not interested in fixing it. As for the food — below average and absolutely not worth the hype or the price. A restaurant that ignores hygiene and serves mediocre food does not deserve its reputation. 👎 Definitely not recommended unless serious improvements are made.

Pathetic ambience , bad food , extremely disappointed . The restuarant was full of smoke and a particular smell of hot oil , how can one eat with this smell all around the place . To my surprise the restuarant is Operating without a male washroom on ground floor . One has to on 3rd floor use the washroom . On the contrary the Serving staff was nice .
