It’s a good family restaurant but hygiene can sometimes be an issue as tables are usually dirty and the plates yellowed. The taste is exceptional for some items as it’s an authentic Muslim preparation. Parking can be a major issue during evenings. All types of crowds can be seen here. Climbing up the steep stairs is a crowded family hall. My ratings over the years: 1. Chicken Biryani - 5/5 It’s a mixture of Awadh and Kolkata Biryani in taste- comes with an egg and korma gravy 2. Mutton Biryani - 4/5 3. Tandoori Chicken- 3/5 Masala leaves colour and the pieces seems to be of malnutritioned bird 4. Raseela Tandoori Chicken- 4/5 Tandoori Chicken roasted in a gravy of curd and butter. It has a good taste of lemon and butter combined with their native marination 5. Khameeri Roti- 5/5 6. Butter Chicken- 4/5 7. Masala Mutton- 4/5 8. Mutton Nihari- 4/5 9. Shawarma- 3/5 10. Crispy Chicken- 3/5 11. Tandoori Fish - 5/5 The restaurant throws huge tantrums in accepting online payments and insists on Cash Payments only.

Food is good, no doubt but my experience with the staff is very disappointing. Their attitude is very bad, not at all customer centric. I ordered 2 burgers, 2 twisters and 1 chicken popcorn for 2 people and they delayed the order. Also when I asked for extra mayonnaise they refused. There behaviour was intolerable, I'd never recommend anyone to visit this place.

🤢🤢🤮 I had a chicken shawarma from al karim and the chicken was raw! it was pink. Total waste of money! I had to throw it away. The entire wrap was not raw but had many raw chunks in it. 🤢🤢🤢 if you are surviving something then atleast make sure that the person doesn't get sick?!!

Itna bura butter chicken kabhi nahi khaya humne taste itna bekar tha ki phenkna pada or boti ki jagah pura bota dete he boti me bhi koi taste nahi or gravy to itni buri ki bas or chicken kebab itne tasteless ki kya kehne biryani me bhi koi taste nahi
