Great food completely ruined by pathetic service: my worst fine-dining experience Despite the food itself being quite good, the service at this establishment was nothing short of an absolute disaster, making it the worst fine-dining experience I’ve ever had. We called ahead of schedule but still had to wait 15 minutes for a table. I can understand a slight delay on a busy weekend, and when our starters arrived on time and tasted great, we were optimistic. That optimism quickly faded. I ordered a drink with the meal, but the staff only informed me it was out of stock after we had completely finished our starters. If it was unavailable, the order shouldn't have been taken in the first place, or I should have been told immediately so I could choose an alternative to enjoy with my food. The main course was a series of frustrating delays and basic hospitality failures. We ordered paneer, dal, charcoal naan, and raita. The hot food arrived, but we had to sit and wait 8 to 10 minutes just for the raita. After complaining multiple times, it finally arrived, but by then, our entire main course was stone cold. To make matters worse, our table wasn't even properly set with bowls or spoons. We were a party of four but were only given two spoons. I asked the staff 5 to 7 times for more. After three requests, they brought exactly one more spoon. I eventually had to get up and walk to the counter myself just to get the fourth spoon so we could all eat. This is utterly unacceptable for a restaurant claiming to offer a fine-dining experience. When I tried to address the terrible service, a waiter repeatedly lied to my face, insisting, "Tell me the issue, I am the manager." It took four separate complaints and a point-blank demand to finally get the actual outlet manager to the table. After I explained the mess they had created, the manager offered a complimentary dessert. While I appreciate the gesture, it was nowhere near enough to salvage a completely ruined evening. To top it all off, the free dessert, a jalebi waffle, was below mid and practically uneatable; two of us simply left it on the plate. Good food cannot save a restaurant when the staff is poorly trained, basic cutlery is treated like a luxury, and the management has to be hunted down. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
