Nice ambience, service was very good, taste was awesome. Nice place for people to hang out with friends and family who are looking for good pure veg restaurant. They will cater to your orders and requests to the minutest level.

Perfect Taste , chinese is great . Overall satisfied 💯. North indian is quite great too . Paneer Ora is a must try . And in dessert they have ‘shahi tukda’ also . Perfect treat to enjoy

Visited this place for lunch on 25th Dec with family ...we were 10 members ... The place is just opposite to Crystal Palace ....parking is a problem . The place has good vibe and lovely interiors done with comfortable dinning. Menu is vast but only for vegetarians We loved starters like fried momos , achari chaap , Hara bhara kebab ... North Indian gravies were tasty but as per me the portions were not really justifying the amount ...they were small Negatives -- South Indian was disappointing and needs to be taken care off.....no one liked it ...we ordered Utthapam and masala dosa ... 2/5 Service was really slow ...though attendant Mohini was doing her best but still needs a lot improvement .... But yes it's a new place and i am sure this all will be cleared up Next we are coming soon to taste sizzlers...

Mocktails were good but sizzler was not that great. We ordered Tandoori Sizzler but was really really disappointed with it. Kindly don't order sizzler.

we ordered Chinese chopsey and it was pathetic..looked like and tasted like tomato soup instead... White sauce pasta was very average too but edible... but coffee was nice

This is related to the small get together function for which we chose ORA. 1. *Food and beverages:* - Rotis were provided in bulk, and most of them were cold. We had ordered three types of bread, including laccha paratha, but only 1-2 laccha after asking were served towards the end. - Bottled water: We were surprised that Bisleri or packed water bottles were not available, and instead, loose bottles with RO water were provided. Even when we offered to pay, the staff informed us that they didn't have any bottled water available. TBH it seemed like a tap water not bislieri. 2. *Fresh lime service:* When we ordered fresh lime, the staff brought warm lime juice. When two members asked for ice, the waiter took the glass and poured ice into it instead of bringing ice to the table. 3. *Table service:* There was no dedicated staff member assigned to our table to provide assistance or serve us. This lack of service affected our overall experience. 4. *Ambience music:* As per our agreement, we were expecting low ambience music throughout the event. However, the music stopped after 5-10 minutes and was not resumed. 5. *Service:* Despite informing the staff about the number of guests, our members had to wait for a considerable amount of time for their ice cream orders. Some guests even had to wait for 4-5 cups of ice cream to arrive. 6. *Maintenance:* One of the AC units and a fan were not functioning properly, leading to discomfort in the hall area. Despite multiple requests, the issue was not resolved. 7. *Staff hygiene and cleanliness:* - We were surprised to see the same staff member sweeping the floor and then serving food at the same time. - Unfortunately, our members noticed lizards and mice within the premises, which affected their overall experience.

The service was pathetic for the day we visited. Also the food tastes worst. We ordered dal makhani and paneer lababdar in main course and tasted like hell, instead of these 2 sabzis being so common. Also the waiters were not active enough to fulfil your requirements on time. If you order bowls, then for next half an hour nobody brought that. Overall didn’t liked the food taste and customer experience got ruined.

Me and my wife went for a mini treat and orderes theri Mushroom cheese parcel.. after waiting for approx 25 min the dish finally arrivee... let me tell you McCain pizza pockets are far better than that. Next we thought lets not judge and try something italian, so we ordered Italian sizzler... that was pathetic. weird combinarion of red and white sauce pasta fries and boiled rice.... Not worth a shot....

The worst place to go...i went to celebrate my wife's birthday and they gifted her food poisoning, and was also pressured to purchase stale cake. luckily my children didn't eat anything except french fries.

Service of the restaurant was worst and the staff was not at all skilled or trained, Manager was not available for feedback. They were not accepting cards for payments.
