Very nice ambience. Staaf was polite and cooperative. Entry feels like dream. Light music and dimm light perfect for dinner.

The area where you go towards the seating area through staircase smells like toilet, which shows how hygienic it is. The seating inside is dull and boring, no music nothing. You could only hear people talking to each other. We requested sitting outside (it was a table for 10) because there was hardly any crowd ( we mentioned if need be we would shift inside again) but the waiter and the receptionist/manager did not allow us to sit outside. We still thought of trying food but the waiter never came to take our order😂 He had seen us coming, we even signaled but for some reason he didn't attended our table and was busy doing his own thing and yes there was just 1 waiter in that floor (atleast on that day) All in all it just looks good in pictures but bad ambience, bad service, bad staff..stinking toilet smell.

The quality of food is getting degraded day by day, if you complain about the food to the staff they misbehaves with you, even the owner is least interested about the concern and takes side of the staff.
