1. They serve stale lizzat papad with beer 2. There was no salt in tandoori appetisers 3. No hand wipes or finger bowls were provided after the meal. 4. Service is slow The ambience is quite good, gives a premium and comfortable dining experience but the music was loud and not restaurant friendly.

Last night we went to dinner with family in Tasmai Restaurant (Mars resort). The service was so pathetic even can’t describe in words the staff was so rude not able to provide basic service, After serving the main course they shamelessly said Breads will come Atleast after 30-40 mins? How any one could wait for breds an hour or half? The Staff was so pathetic and unprofessional that they even denied for Reheating of Daal and sabji, Even a Dhaba provide better and fast service from this so called 5 star restaurant. I must say service is not evn 1 star. I have never seen so blunt and unethical staff in any restaurant even a Road side stall are more concerned about their customer The Staff is just harassing customers even we have seen 5 more families fighting and arguing with staff because of third grade services. I will try to spread the words as much i can to tell how pathetic and pitfull service you guys are providing You must showcase -5 start restaurant. It is Such a shame for this big property we just wasted 12k rs on that service. Cheery on top was 18% Gst on food even Bravura is charging 5% Never ever go to this garbage and shittyrestaurant or property
