Food was just fine. Table was not reserved even after confirming the booking on call. Had to wait for sometime.

Very poor service…ordered drinks at the arrival time but staff forgot to add in order. When asking for order after 20mins, they said order is not reflecting, then they have given excuse that staff member with whom we had given order was new. So asked to order again even after that it was not taken on priority, with repeated follow ups when everything got finished, received the order. Staff behaviour is very casual, not very much aware of the menu, no manager for addressing the issue. The same person who received order later was acting as floor manager. Even when multiple items ordered in a sequence, the same were received in a haphazard sequence like we ordered wraps in the beginning along with further items added later but later items arrived early and wraps were presented after many followups.

The biscoff coffee was bitter and tasted weird. The chocolate croissant was dry and stale. The coffee was below average at best. All in all a bad experience. Would not recommend.

The services are poor ..no proper sitting arrangements .orders took so much time to get served on table . veg noodles were not good had goo oil in it.
