in starters...i ordered cheese cigar rolls ...they were so tasty....but in main course...paneer dhurandhar was sweet in taste..butter naan was good...but laccha parantha tasted weird... ambiance was ok not so good.... butterscotch shake was good...but teramisu shake was like choclate shake... staff was good.

I had a very disappointing experience at Namak & Company, Meerut. I ordered their chicken biryani, and unfortunately, the food did not seem fresh. After consuming it, I developed severe stomach pain and stomach-related issues, which made me seriously concerned about the freshness and quality of the food served. It is extremely disappointing to receive food of questionable freshness from a restaurant operating under the Sanjeev Kapoor name, where one would expect much higher standards of hygiene, freshness, and quality. Restaurants have a responsibility to ensure that food served to customers is fresh and safe to consume. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously, checks their food storage and preparation practices, and ensures that such an experience is not repeated with other customers. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from a restaurant associated with the Sanjeev Kapoor name. Food Inspection authority should look into this matter.
