Their chicken kali mirch is to die for. Juicy & tender , medium spicy and what a balance of flavours. Love their recipe. Just hope they improve on the breads section overall.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at New Shama Family Restaurant. I ordered food from this establishment on 07 June 2024, and what was delivered was utterly unacceptable. First, the food quality was unhealthy and inappropriate. The items appeared stale, had a foul odor, and seemed to have been prepared and stored improperly. Some dishes, specifically butter chicken were undercooked or spoiled, making them completely unsafe for consumption and the rotis were fully burnt. To make matters worse, when I called the restaurant to report these issues, I was met with hostility from the owner. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner engaged in a nonsensical argument and was extremely rude. This unprofessional behavior was shocking and completely uncalled for. I expected a resolution or at least an apology for the substandard food, but what I got was an unnecessary confrontation. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend New Shama Family Restaurant to anyone. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and basic food hygiene is alarming. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to their food quality and customer service.

Tasteless food don't waste your money they also don't deliver the freshly prepared food the food was so oily and tasteless it has totally spoiled the mood and money

Very very very bad experience with you... I'll never ever order from you. It was such rediculous taste I ever had. Even though my dog hasn't taste a single bite.

I am not satisfied with your food it's not fresh nor testy, full chicken roasted is not like it's actual weight it's like a half chicken it's too bad

I ordered Kaali Mirchi Chicken...instead i got Malai Chicken and haven't even received any refund for the same...also the taste was bad.
