The spread was okay, but the taste wasn't up to the mark. They need to improve on the service, seems they were short staffed or not equipped for the weekend. was my first time here, will surely try again. In my opinion, Radisson is a much better option in G.Noida.

Extremely disappointing experience – ₹22,000+ dinner for poor service, limited buffet and terrible management I visited Mosaic at Crowne Plaza with my family for dinner after booking through Zomato. While making the booking, Zomato showed the buffet price as ₹1,500 per person with a 50% discount applicable at the restaurant, which made it look like a good deal. Unfortunately, the actual experience was extremely disappointing. 1. No table despite advance booking and ₹800 convenience fee We were a group of 6 and, despite having a confirmed booking, there was no table available when we arrived. We had to wait around 15–20 minutes just to get a table. I genuinely don’t understand the concept of allowing customers to book a table, charging an ₹800 convenience fee, and then making them wait because no table is available. If the restaurant cannot manage its reservations, it should not accept bookings beyond its capacity. 2. No arrangement for Ekadashi despite specifically asking in advance One of our family members was observing Ekadashi fast, so we specifically asked the restaurant whether suitable food could be arranged. We were clearly informed that such an arrangement was available. However, when we actually arrived, there was no proper arrangement at all. This was particularly disappointing because we had specifically checked this before dining. 3. Extremely limited buffet and poor food management For a buffet being charged at such a high price, the variety and overall management were nowhere close to what one would expect from a premium hotel. • Starters had extremely limited options — essentially paneer tikka and potato balls. • There was no proper vegetarian soup option except Subz Shorba, which I personally did not prefer. • The Chinese section had only noodles and fried rice. There were no common items such as chilli potato, spring rolls, fries or other starters that children generally enjoy. • Dessert options were also very limited — gulab jamun, vanilla pudding and a few pastries. There was no variety such as halwa, rasmalai or similar Indian desserts. • Most importantly, we had to wait for around 30 minutes for breads with the main course. Even then, breads were prepared only after repeatedly asking the staff. There were plenty of staff members around, but the coordination and management appeared completely absent. Everyone seemed busy, yet basic requirements were not being attended to. 4. Poor cleanliness and basic service The service was another major disappointment. Nobody was properly attending to our table. We had to ask for water before it was provided. Plates, spoons and forks were not available in sufficient quantity, and we repeatedly had to ask the staff for basic cutlery. At one point, we had to reuse our plates because clean plates were not readily available. This is simply unacceptable for a premium hotel restaurant, particularly when customers are paying a significant amount for the meal and are additionally charged 5% service charge, taxes and an ₹800 convenience fee. 5. Most importantly – the pricing was misleading This was perhaps the biggest shock. Zomato showed the buffet at ₹1,500 per person, with a 50% discount applicable at the restaurant. Based on that information, I booked the restaurant thinking I had found a reasonable deal. However, at the time of payment, I came to know that the actual buffet price was ₹3,000 per person, before the applicable discount. This completely changed the economics of the booking and was certainly not what I expected when I made the reservation. Even if I completely ignore the pricing issue, the experience itself was nowhere close to what one would expect from a ₹3,000-per-person buffet. Our final bill was more than ₹22,000. Imagine paying that amount for a family dinner and still having to repeatedly ask for water, plates, cutlery and basic food items. The Zomato discount may have reduced the damage, but it does not change the fact that the actual buffet pricing and applicable discount should be disclosed clearly and transparently at the time of booking. My advice to the management: be completely transparent about buffet pricing and discounts, improve reservation management, maintain adequate food variety, and train the staff to handle basic table service properly. For people coming from Delhi/Noida, I would personally think twice before booking this place, even if you see an attractive online deal.

I paid for buffet, but not arrangement of buffet only one starter paneer tikka . I think this was my bad that i amde booking with zomato. We should try dine out every time at least real reviews are available ther
