this newly opened outlet is a must visit because they have a super cute ambience. do try their special strawberry menu and plum cake, too good. love their kunafa waffle too. must visit.

Christmas has passed us by but the menus are still here. If you’re still on the lookout for strawberry special desserts, then 99 Pancakes is calling you. Don’t miss out on their Special Plum Cake - so dense and rich. If you’re more of a beverage person, their Strawberry King Kong Shake is an excellent choice. Apart from these specials, they’ve also given a festive twist to their classic mini pancakes and waffles. We went to their Vile Parle outlet but it’s also available at other branches, as well as on Swiggy and Zomato. Have fun checking this out!

I Was told 500 gms for cake when I asked then on box it was written 350 gms . Not expected from 99 pancakes .Taste was good .

I am writing to raise a serious complaint against your 99 Pancakes outlet located at Vile Parle East, Hanuman Road. Day by day, the service standards at this branch are deteriorating and there has been no action or response from the team despite previous complaints. I have been a regular customer of this outlet, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. I had placed an order through the app on 18th November, which was delivered after two days. Despite multiple follow-ups and visiting the branch personally, I still haven’t received the refund. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Additionally, we learned from another customer that a piece of plastic was found in his pancake. That was extremely concerning, yet we continued as loyal customers — but the staff and management have shown no improvement. During my visit on 29th November (yesterday) around 10:30 PM – 11:00 PM, the staff behaved in a disrespectful manner. We waited in the queue for over 15 minutes, but the staff member ignored us and continued taking orders from customers who arrived after us. When she finally attended to us, I informed her that I would pay using the Swiggy Dine-Out scanner displayed at the counter. She refused without reason & asked her why not and responded rudely: “Itna bada scanner dikh raha hai toh kar de pay.” When I told her not to speak to us like that, she again replied rudely: “Yaha time pass nahi karri karu” and stated to her another colleague that iska order nai lena chahiye” As we were leaving, another staff member even said: “Chal nikal.” On top of this, lady falsely accused my friend of disrespecting a woman — when he had not said a single inappropriate word I was the one communicating all the time. This was an attempt to cover up their own misconduct and is completely unprofessional. I have already complained to your Area Manager, Mr. Sunil, about this pathetic behavior. However, no action has been taken so far — which shows a complete lack of accountability and concern for customer experience. The rude behavior and unprofessional conduct of staff at this outlet are absolutely intolerable. This requires urgent disciplinary action and proper staff training on customer handling and hygiene standards. If this situation continues, we will not hesitate to escalate the matter to higher authorities and ensure strict action is taken. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Disappointing Experience at 99 Pancakes 😔 Rating: 0/5 stars I'm really disappointed with my recent order from 99 Pancakes. I ordered waffles and pancakes, but when I received them, they were stone cold. I mean, who serves cold pancakes and waffles? 🤯 But that's not all, the chocolate syrup was miserly, and the waffles were a major letdown - there was hardly any chocolate in between them! I was really craving a sweet treat, but they totally missed the mark. Hopefully, they'll take these issues seriously and improve their game. Won't be ordering from them again anytime soon. 🙅

Store Manager behaviour is very rude. Does not allow to claim zomato order as previous i have claimed order still.
