I had a really wonderful experience at this outlet... the staff was very helpful. there was a little mishap with my order and the staff made sure I received my complete order properly. Thank you for making my special day more special!!

This is a very delayed review.. Amazing food and quick service. Enjoyed the crepes especially and no doubt the maple syrup waffle was perhaps the best I had so far..

Holla Nutella 6pcs Pistachio Macaron Box. The pancakes was soft and delicious For people who has a sweet tooth. As it’s loaded with too much chocolate. Taste - 4/5 Value for money -3.5/5

I visited 99 pancakes today in the bandra outlet a girl named pooja who was at the counter gave us a horrible and a very insulted experience. She was rude and absolutely zero customer service. We asked her to give us waffle of which she gave us a burnt one and when asked to give her another one she said yahi milega lena hai toh lo warna dusra nahi milega and when we asked her to apologize she said me aapke pair padu kya. As a brand i did not expect this kind of customer service which ruined our evening. Please teach your staff how to provide hospitality or else she needs to be fired because she had no audacity to say sorry whatsoever and lastly she said dimak kharab kar rahe hai

the gentleman at the counter refused to take orders. he made us wait for 15 mins and then refused stating he had orders in pipeline and is not willing to take my order. on enquiring I got to know he had just 4 orders in the pipeline!!

Went today bought a Dutch truffle pastry. The worst Pastry ever I have had in my entire life. Felt like chewing a cardboard Absolutely Horrible !!

just ordered pancakes from here. found red ants in the food. might want to check the hygiene before trying this place. absolutely disgusting.
