Achija is one of the famous food joint in ghatkopar having many outlets now across the Mumbai n two itself in ghatkopar, one in East n other this one in West which is nearby vidhyavihar railway station.. This place has a very beautiful ambiance n good comfortable sofa n chair seatings.. The big bright chandeliers right after entering attracts everyone attention.. It's a big resturants having good seating capacity n still one will have to wait minimum 30 mins on weekends before u are directed nicely to your seat by well coordinated team who communicate through walkie talkie.. Just as u are comfortable on your seat the waiter will serve you complimentary roasted papad on ur table n one can munch it while deciding what to order.. Also they provide complimentary bottled water which I found very interesting.. I have been here couple of times n had many items out here.. They have wide varieties of food served here.. Pav bhaji is usp of this place n one should relish this amazing very nicely spiced bhaji having perfect mixing of spices n vegetable n reasonable butter topped on it.. The pav served are fresh n very soft.. I can easily say achija is in top 5 places to relish pav bhaji in Mumbai.. Their south indian food is also good.. Dosa n idli served here are very good.. Dosa was proper crunchy n idli was good soft.. Batter used in making both is not too thick.. It was fairly smooth n flowy.. Batter was salted adequately n had a subtle sourness.. Chinese food also is good out here.. Manchow soup is simply wow out here.. Quantity is good n bowl is full of vegetables.. It is enjoyable to have it with crunchy dry noodles served along.. Also dry manchurian in starters was good... I had their veg tiranga sabzi which we requested to bring in two gravy red n green n it has really super taste.. Naan was quite disappointing as it was only good chewable till it was hot.. Later it was not very chewable n was rubbery types.. Butter roti was good but soft, order for crunchy ones if u like it that way as I really found that more enjoyable than soft ones.. They also serve wide range of coolers n mocktails n dessert too.. Quantity is very good of every food served here so please keep that into consideration while ordering food.. Service is good.. Staff are cordial n well behaved n food is served in good speed post order.. Food pricing is very reasonable.. My main reason to write this review is ratings of this place here which I feel is totally wrong.. Trust me you guys won't regret visiting this place.. Food - 4.75/5 Ambiance - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Value for money - 5/5

Achija is a place of taste and authentic fast food. Their pav bhaji is a best seller. A must try. Their masala pav 99 is excellent. Flavourful and buttery. Their chaat is next level. The Dahi puri was fabulous. Bhel was lajawab. Mocktails were such that i wanted to drink more and more. This place is a must visit.

The oh so famous achija! Finally got to try their famous pav bhaji and it was so super delicious! Also has their paper dosa which was so huge and crispy.. it’s always buzzing busy and it’s so quick in service.

Hi, we have been to Achija few times with family. While the service, ambience is good food is an issue. Food is oily, spicy which leads to issues like bloating, gas, loose motions. They need to improve quality of food and ingredients immediately.

Yesterday we went to eat dinner in achija with family. We were served burnt butter rotis. When we asked to exchange them they did not. This restaurant is very pricy and each butter costs 75 INR. We ordered 14 rotis and none were exchanged it was in a non eating state. We also ordered VEG CHOPA MASALA and it was equally bad. We paid 1050 only for the rotis and had to throw it even the VEG CHOPA MASALA sabji. Attaching a photo of bill.

Disappointed with the hygiene – couldn’t finish my food. I came to Achija Vidhyavihar for dinner but had a very unpleasant experience. There were flies all around the seating area, and the environment felt extremely unhygienic. It became difficult to even sit and eat peacefully. Had to leave my food midway. Really expected better cleanliness standards, especially from such a well-known place. Hope they take this seriously and improve.

Been to Achija many times, yes ambience and service is good but have always fallen sick once back home. Soo much acidity, stomach upset and everything. Please improve quality and TASTE of food. What is all this hype about? Other restaurants serve way better and hygenic pav bhaji.

We went in the evening and there were flies all over the place when we pointed out to the manager he said we cannot do anything about the flies. It is the way it is. Really don’t expect this from Achija

They have deteriorated the quality of food. After eating we suffered stomach infection and bloating. They just add butter and lots of butter for good taste which really causes you pain.
