not the best place for non-alcoholic people, there are limited options for vegetarians perhaps the food could be better, though the ambiance and view are worth paying for sunset timing really timeless rooftop place for someone with drinks on this is such a good place I was just enjoying views.

My seating arrangement was very bad. It was right in the middle. I had made reservations 4 days in advance. It seemed like they booked Ike’s all the tables and plopped a table right in the middle. I asked to be moved and they says they don’t have any availability. There was table right next to me seats 2 and it was open the entire time. When you go there for ambiance and pay a lot of money and you treated like you do not belong there. I am coming for Chicago to experience India’s fine restaurants. I will not be going there again and I do not recommend it.

Was made awkward after instructions to leave within 2 hours as I had a solo booking for myself. The staff mentioned over call that seats are first come first serve but when I entered, I wasn't given a vacant seat as they mentioned it was reserved. I was not allowed reserving a table but apparently others had reserved table.

Maybe AER is too much in demand, but my experience dealing with Mr. Kartik Patel was extremely disappointing. 😕 They don’t call back when they say they will, there’s very little clarity around reservations and cancellations, and the seating policy feels quite arbitrary and undisclosed. I was genuinely looking forward to visiting AER, but after this experience, I’ve completely lost interest. If a place makes you feel unvalued even before you visit, it really isn’t worth it. 👎 Definitely not recommending it. Visit places where your time and interest are respected.

very less food options.. veg options were limited. unnecessarily overpriced.
