Best place for college students staying in Nerul. Place to hang out with room mates or have discussion during dinner time. Both veg and non veg Thali available at cost which is affordable for students looking for everyday dinner with quality better than most good restaurants. Cheap rates should not be a deciding factor not to choose Akshay lunch home because inspite of cheap rates quality of food and place to sit is very well maintained. Coming to food try Shev bhaji Paneer do pyazza Paneer tikka masala or lababdar Bhendi fry it's yummy Chole and list goes on For starters try once paneer pahadi tikka Paneer lasuni tikka Non veg- Chicken lollipop Triple schezwan rice Chicken tikka Prawns biryani. Chicken tikka and many more to experiment and taste.

Review just for home delivery. I have tried almost all the thalis, and yes its really well prepared. The taste is good, also the packaging. Its one of the best budget friendly place around navi Mumbai. Other day I ordered Dal Khichdi and I insist you all to try it, its really good. Rest the delivery is fast so all in all, fantastic experience. Happy Eating!

Hey Foodies!!! If you are a college student staying in and around Nerul, then you must have come across this familiar & homely hotel Akshay Lunch Home. It is famous for their lunch Thalis, which is actually a lifeline to many bachelors and roomies. They serve a basic thali with 2 veggies, 4 Chapatis, bowl of Rice and 1 dessert all at Rs. 70/-. Also they are well versed with their Chinese preparations, which is very much desi chinese like we all love. I have being hogging here from quite a long time now and have been very much satisfied by the food served here. Although, many will not lile the simple ambience and may choose to order for home delivery which they do at flaah speed. I had Chicken Triple Schezuan Rice some time back, which was served well with the gravy, fried noodles to munch on and the hot and spicy rice & noodle mix. So I would recommend Chinese, mughlai and tandoori delicacies. Go on foodies have a feast with your friends at Akshay Lunch Home. 😊✌🍗🔥🍴

It is a very small place but serves very good food within budget. You have wide variety of options from thali to a la carte. Food is delicious. Biryani is good. In the fish thali there is chapati, vegetable, fish curry, dry fish, chutney, rice and salad. Fish curry is amazing.

Yesterday I was too lazy to cook so I ordered from this place. Didn't expected this would be so good. I ordered chicken bhuna and boneless chicken biryani. Chicken tasted so good!!! Perfectly cooked , spicy , tasty and delicious. Definitely give it a try.

It was delivered hot with onion slices and lemon. Perfection in taste, just the quantity needs to be increased, otherwise its good. Costs 100/-
