Accidentally clicked on No when zomato asked whether the food was packaged properly or not. The food was properly packaged and pretty good. Apologies!

The place sucks with their arabic taste. Really doesn't know how their Shawarmas tastes. They should really work on their Arabic Shawarma which was idk somehow burnt so much. Also the fries that they sent was super less according to the price.

we went to the Al Baik Kalpna outlet we ordered for Chicken popcorn and Paneer Crispy Wrap, Boba in Beverage which was Absolutely pathetic they did not knew the preparation and ingredients were missing. Paneer wrap was 10% ok and we felt Burger🍔 might be good but we were held and turned down our expectations were never met they did not even had a courtesy to apologize. or give us complimentary water atleast. to please the guest but they never bothered I don't understand why they even think of attempting. they make us feel guilty as we pay our hard earned money they feel they own us. So humble request to everyone do not visit here ever again if you crave for binge eating or hungry.

One of the worst restaurant i have experienced! I had ordered jain sandwich and other two sandwiches and they added potato to it and other two were grilled masala sandwich which were more worst i felt like it was bread butter with just a small layer of potato in it! Moreover it didn't had chutney as well in the order! I called the restaurant to just inform them and the way concerns person spoke was like "Thik hai ho jaata hai aapko batana chahiye tha na" and even i had mentioned it properly to make it jain! He even cut the call in between the conversation showing his disinterest! I am highly disappointed with the restaurant and even zomato if they dknt take any action!

Worst Burger... Very pothetic fries... Very oily.. Look like it was double fried... I have ordered Chicken Meal on Zomato (06/08/2019). My order number was 2017661381.....THEY HAVE Mentioned Cold beverage in their menu.... But sent normal which was at room temp... Taste was also bad... I WOULD Recommend URBAN JALSA which is just opp this Al BaiK which gives u fingerlicking quality foods at best price....

Order chicken burger online , but it was the worst burger I had till now, the patties were raw from inside and one can clearly make out that frozen patties were used to make it, Simply waste of time and money

Ordered chicken pizza, and shawarma cheese roll. Worst food ever. Handling worst.as seen in picture. Taste worst than handling. Can you imagine i paid Rs 341 /- for such pizza. And roll.
