We ordered mushroom tikka. It was spoiled mushroom. Even waiter acknowledged saying today mushroom has some problem. But they charged full for it inspite of saying many times. Pav bhaji was good.

Having waited at Girgaon Katta next door for almost 20 minutes without being attended to , we came to Amar during lunch time and ordered Puri bhaji and a onion rawa dosa ..the dosa came in time and was tasty . However, Puri bhaji (a running item) took an eternity to arrive ..the person taking the order was super rude with a lot of attitude .checked with him a couple of times on the status of the order, but he was least bothered ..the dish arrived after almost half an hour...

We visited Amar Fast Food, Borivali West on 19th October and ordered two plates of pav bhaji, requesting them to make it spicy. However, the dish was made so extremely spicy that it was practically inedible. The person preparing it should at least have the basic sense of how much spice is reasonable to add. When we informed the waiter about this, his response was quite dismissive — he simply said we should have ordered it “normal” instead, and didn’t even bother to offer a replacement or show any courtesy. Honestly, we didn’t expect such poor service and attitude from a reputed brand like this. A very disappointing experience — will think twice before visiting again.

If you intend to get food poisoning then I would recommend this place to be. Recently we visited this place and both of us have been affected with food poisoning since then. Don't know what they cook... But it sure does not seem that they follow simple protocols of the cleaning up of vegetables or any hygiene process. The best part is we did not even drink the water here and just ate.... Maybe they did not wash the vegetables or clean them properly....

i was with my family and we ledt empty stomach. The staff is too rude and when the food was ordered starters cam after the main course was arrived.we denied to be served the starters. the staff was rude and was ready to cancel the order and even their tone and behavior changed. we have leave the food and leave empty stomach and if felt uncomfortable.

Worst taste. we ordered spring dosa. but they don't know how to prepare it just chopped capsicum,cabbage they put on plain dosa and give. tasteless what the hell they are making. such a shameful act on owner and chef part, they don't know basic of food making.

Worst ever restaurant in borivali especially their A/C section, managerial staff are arrogant, servicing people are very good but managerial staff. Food is very very average nothing to relish about it.

Worst pav bhaji ever.. pav had that burnt black color and smell.. too much of butter making it soggy and salty… wont recommend

FIRSTLY, I USED TO COME VERY OFTEN BUT SERVICE IS GETTING WORST DAY BY DAY. THEY ARE VERY VERY RUDE.
