Amazonia is all about the vibe - tropical rainforest theme with stunning interiors 🌿 Food-wise: Mocktails were okay, but the Salt & Pepper Prawns & Yangnyeom Chicken were full of flavour. Rock Shrimp Tempura Sushi = MUST TRY. Thai Green Curry was rich with lots of veggies, and dessert was decent. Great food + even better ambience. Worth visiting for the overall experience! We visited Amazonia to celebrate my father’s birthday. While the food was largely impressive and enjoyable, the lasagne was a bit of a letdown compared to what we’ve had elsewhere. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. Our table wasn’t cleared promptly and we had to wait quite a while even for something as basic as a glass of water. When we raised this, we were told they were “short on manpower,” which was disappointing to hear given the situation. What made it more disheartening was that, despite it being my father’s birthday and the service issues, there was no effort from the staff to make up for the experience not even a small gesture like a complimentary dessert. The food was good, but the service and overall experience left much to be desired. This is definitely something the management should look into.

Visited Amazonia recently and had a mixed experience. We ordered the Margherita pizza, green Thai curry, and prawns. The pizza had a strong cheesy smell which I personally didn’t enjoy I’ve definitely had better Margheritas elsewhere. The green Thai curry had a very strong coconut milk flavor and was slightly on the sweeter side, which didn’t suit my taste. I was expecting a more balanced, authentic flavor. The highlight was the prawns — they were buttery, well-cooked, and really enjoyable. Overall, it was an average experience for me. Some dishes worked, but others didn’t meet expectations.

I visited Amazonia with high expectations given the beautiful jungle-themed decor, but the experience was a total disaster from the moment I stepped in. The service is absolutely pathetic. Management Failure: The manager seems completely out of his depth. He is unable to coordinate the floor or manage customers effectively, leaving the dining area in a state of disorganized chaos. Reception Bottleneck: The receptionist is too overwhelmed. They are constantly occupied with calls while trying to manage walk-ins and reservations simultaneously, leading to long, frustrating waits just to be acknowledged. Service Issues: Once seated, the "hospitality" doesn't improve. The staff is slow, inattentive, and the overall coordination is non-existent. It’s a shame because the venue itself is gorgeous, but no amount of "Amazonian vibes" can make up for such unprofessional handling of guests. If you’re looking for a relaxing meal in Bandra Kurla Complex, I’d suggest looking at other nearby options like  O Pedro  or  Kyma  until they fix their management issues. Verdict: Great for food & photos, terrible for everything else. Avoid until they hire a manager who actually knows how to run a restaurant.

Only if it was possible to give rating in minus. For the sheer audacity of the restaurant to serve us with raw paste like dimsums and treat us like we never had dimsums ever before and that's how they are orginally made. Horrible service. Bad food. Bad cocktail. Just pretty interiors. Which didn't feel worthy of coming to with such attitude from the manager and the waiter. To top it all off, the regular water served stinked. It felt like chemical added to the water. The TASTE OF WATER WAS A BAD AS THE FOOD. Never thought taste of water would come to any restaurant's review but Amazonia did it. Would I recommend it to my friends and family? Yes, absolutely, if they want to appreciate good food, first come here and then go to another good restaurant to understand the difference.

One of the worst place i have been in Mumbai such a bad service and the food was pathetic , the way they treated us after giving a complaint about the food it was insane i wouldn't even give 1 star to them , please don't visit

Worst , food was terrible . Service was terrible , whole staff n food was nonsense Attitude of manager and waiter was really bad . Don't ever go better to go dominos or street food
