Order the prawn Thermidore BLINDLY! Superb!! The burrata pizza was top notch. Brownie points to Siddhesh. Excellent suggestions and extremely hospitable.

Disappointed with the taste of the food. We ordered for chicken wings( which was the only dish that was good), pepperoni pizza , pearl barley risotto, lasagna, chocolate bomb and tiramisu were average. 3 dishes that we wanted to order were not available ( bang bang broccoli, skillet cookie, creme caramel) … it was 8 pm on a Saturday night!! The only saving grace was that the chef made non spicy chicken steak with grilled veggies and potato mash for my husband who can’t tolerate spice. That was really good. Apart from that , food was underwhelming.

Extremely slow service. The waiters couldn’t take custom orders. The bartender was amazing recommended great drinks. That’s the only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars.

While the food was decent, most of it came cold from the kitchen. I’d informed them about my food allergies upfront, telling them to give me a heads up in case we are ordering food that’s not suitable. They didn’t, and two of the dishes that came to the table had MAJOR allergens for me. Their wait staff were not trained on their menu description. Just overall — abysmal front of house.

Must try the burrata and truffle ravioli and the avocado crostata! Unique blend of flavours and absolutely delicious. The dishes took a little longer time than usual but worth it.

The food was very delicious and cooked to perfection. The ambience was very welcoming. The music wasn’t too loud which is very rare these days. A great dining experience from start to finish. Good place to have a date with your partner.

Decent food, but a highly disappointing overall experience. We were a group of eight and had reserved a table in advance, arriving before our scheduled time. Despite this, we were made to wait for approximately 30 minutes. After repeated follow-ups, we were accommodated at two separate tables with the assurance that we would be shifted to a single table shortly, which unfortunately never happened. What made the situation more frustrating was that a table reserved for a larger group remained unoccupied for a significant period, yet no effort was made to accommodate us there. With several better dining options in BKC offering superior food and overall experience, this was quite underwhelming.

Had a very weird, almost condescending experience at Amelia. Me and my friend had gone at an odd hour when there wasn’t any rush and many seats were vacant. Yet we were denied an immediate seating since we hadn’t made a reservation. They were only willing to let us in “only 45 minutes later” post an on-the-spot reservation. When we asked again considering there were tons of seats available, they agreed to give us a high chair, which not both of us were very comfortable with but we were okay nonetheless. While ordering, the man taking our order told us that we “can’t avail any Zomato discounts or anything and must pay by card/cash/UPI only.” We said okay but were taken aback by his tone. While reminding him of a dessert order that we’d placed earlier, he just stopped and looked at me to ask me how we were going to pay (again?) — this was when we were still ordering and hadn’t even asked for the bill. All this while, another one of their staff kept looking at us throughout the time we were eating (not creepily but judgementally, if that makes sense, either trying to keep an eye on us or just being elitist about us using our hand while eating chicken wings — who knows?). While the food was fine and the aesthetics of the place were on point, the staff made us feel very uncomfortable and a tad angry too, to be honest. I wouldn’t go back to a place that would make me feel like I’m beneath them or ask me (over and over again) if I have the money to pay for their services. I work very hard and deserve a treat every now and then, but not at the cost of rude behaviour.

Food and the service was great. Ambience was lovely. The only issue was with the seating. It wasn't very comfortable for 6 people. However, overall, the evening was great
