Ambience of this place is really great. Ice cream quality always matters when it comes to the brand amul ice cream always a perfect dessert. Service of the staff is really good.

Place are very good.. I ordered amul chocolate ice and choco chip which was very nice.. my family satisfied with their product and service...

The place is good. They put unnecessary syrup on the ice-cream and that did worsen the natural taste. The smoothie was very much over priced. And putting perk chocolates in everything is not the way to make a desert.

AMUL THE TASTE INDIA A BIG BRAND BUT IT HAS A FAKE ICE CREAM OUTLET IN KALYAN METRO JUNCTION MALL. I HAD ASKED FOR WAFFLE CONE BUT THIS IS WHAT I GOT 2 SCCOPS WITH TOPPINGS WHICH WAS NOT ASKED TO ME WAS PROVIDED TO ME. BUT WHEN I ASKED FOR THE BILL IT WAS WRITTEN AS 5 SCCOPS WHICH CHARGED ME 270 BUCKS WHICH IS OUT OF THE BOX WHAT AMUL CHARGES. THEY DONT HAVE A PROPER BILL WITH AMUL WRITTEN INSTEAD THEY ARE GIVING A BILL WHICH HAS A NAME WRITTEN HAREKRISHNA ICE CREAM PARLOUR. THEN WHY ARE U RUNNING A PARLOUR WITH THE NAME AMUL. THEY ARE PROVIDING FAKE BILL TO THE CUSTOMERS TO SAVE THE VAT AND TAX WHICH IS TO BE PROVIDED TO THE GOVERMENT. AMUL'S BRAND IMAGE IS SPOILED BY DOING THIS AFTER ASKING FOR THE RATE MENU CARD HE GAVE ME THE MENU CARD WHICH WAS HIDDEN SMEWHR INSIDE WHICH WAS NOT EASILY VISIBLE TO THE CUSTOMERS.AND THE RATES WHICH WERE WRITTEN WERE TOTALLY OPPOSITE TO WHAT OTHER AMUL PARLOURS'S CHARGES. AND THE COUNTER PERSON HIMSELF AGREED TO THIS. THERE ARE NO RATES WRITTEN ON THE BOARDS WHICH THE PARLOUR HAD INSTEAD THEY HAD SOME STUPID THINGS LIKE BLACKCURRANT FLOAT AND ALL THT NONSENCE. EVEN ONE MORE THING THR ARE NO PROPER AMUL T.SHIRTS GIVEN TO THE STAFF THAT COMPLETELY SHOWS THAT THIS PARLOUR IS A FAKE PARLOUR. THE RATE LIST GIVEN HERE ON ZOMATO IS TOTALLY OPPOSITE TO THE RATE CARD GIVEN IN THE PARLOUR TO THE CUSTOMERS.

It was a clear case of miss sell the staff was more in hurry to serve then to provide a proper information even after Prompting to ask amul being a favorite brand it was a very bad experience the price was way to high please do this miss sell never will visit or suggest to visit please again request you please train your staff or disclose a price I'm gonna take this forward it's clear case of MISS SELL please train staff to listen an then provide customer proper information before just selling your product I hope you take action

BIG SCAM!!! FAKE AMUL BRAND RUN ON 2ND FLOOR OF METRO MALL KALYAN WEST, THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THE PRICES BEFORE ORDERING NOR ITS WRITTEN ANYWHERE IN THE MENU.. WE JUST ASKED TWO ICECREAM WITH CONE ,THEY PURPOSELY MADE A SUNDAY WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING US AND CHARGE 540 RS. THEY NOT SERVING AMUL BRAND , NOR ANY BRANDING IN YOU CUP AS WELL , SERIOUS ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN BY MALL OWNERS AS WELL AS OWNER. ITS A CLEAR CASE OF ROBBERY , FRAUD TO CUSTOMERS AND I THINK EMPLOYEES ARE INCENTIVISED FOR FOOLING AS MUCH PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.

The price for a milkshake is too high. It did not even have a single piece of real mango in it. Too much syrup and ice cream made it too sweet and fake tasting mango milkshake. The price is not displayed at the store and the bill for some reason says 'Hare Krishna Ice Parlour'. This might be a fake Amul store which is scary. Overall a shitty experience.

Prices are not mentioned, gave us fancy ice cream without telling us , all we wanted a scoop and a cup. and the bill was 750rs for just 4 ice cream. Very disappointed!
