We recently stayed at Radisson and got a chance to have our dinner and breakfast at the buffet offered at Aparanta. It had so many options and the food was wonderful. Our kids were extremely happy with the friendly staff and they made sure our dining experience was truly memorable. What was really impressive was the breakfast had so many options even in live counter as well as the regular croissants, muffins, breads etc. Asian, deli and cheese, we were truly spoilt.

We did not stay at Radisson but went for dinner one day as we heard the food was good. The overall experience of restaurant was very satisfactory with nice ambience and food. If you are not staying at Radisson please book a two way auto/taxi as Radisson is a bit off main road and you will not find auto/taxi while going back especially in night.

The food was amazing, not sure though what happened to the restaurant Zomato page. The staff are very helpful and jovial. The chefs are top class - for they prepared delicious food and along with it visually also amazing. I would love to visit again anytime. Good job APARANTA @RadissonBlu

We were in Alibaug to celebrate our parents 40th birthday and decided to have lunch at Aparanta. Since it is a buffet restaurant, they were hesitant to allow about 20 people for lunch on a busy day. However requesting them a couple of times, they gave us a couple of tables. We didn't order much as they had mentioned prior about A la carte service being delayed but whatever we ordered we were very happy with. The waiters were kind enough to offer us Papad as munchies while we waited for our food to arrive. They even let us cut the cake on the poolside area which was very kind of them as well. Overall, it was a great restaurant and we can definitely consider coming back when in Alibaug.

I had visited with my husband. We had ordered prawns in starter, the chef had customised it for us and it was tasting really good. And the hyderabadi chicken biriyani was also good but the chicken was blank in taste and specially I liked the red curry that was served with the biriyani. I loved the service of Ms.Sejal and Mr.Ajay Cher (Chef) for their amazing service.

One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to in an Hotel. Just dropped by at this Hotel to have lunch. I wanted a-la-carte, but we were clearly denied by the Manager, saying that a-la-carte is only for in-house guest and we are not allowed to take it. So forcibly we were made to take the Buffet. The food kept in the Buffet was absolutely stale & tasteless. The Dal was nothing but just water. The service was also pathetic, the waiters had no clue what they are doing, they were just chatting with each other in the corner including the manager. After all this incident, I called up the manager to complaint and he informs that "All other guest like this food, so how are you not liking it" and I was like seriously ?? He then later offers a discount that we clearly denied because we want quality food & service and not discount if you're not offering a-la-carte and charging 2.5k per person for the Buffet forcefully. There were no proper tags on any of the food items, some of the desserts didn't have tag on it and I later got to know that it contained eggs. I also asked a chef who was standing right next to the counter whether it contains eggs or not and he had no clue & told me that he himself is not sure. Same thing happened with croissants and other breads that were kept. We ended up paying 15k and leaving empty stomach. Will definitely not recommend this hotel if you're looking to have any sort of meal there.
