The most exciting and serene view with lush greens and the pool , this place is enigmatic to say the least. Bombay holds a special place in my heart and places like these just add on to this love. I ordered one 1. ROSE FALOODA WITH ICECREAM- it came in a tall glass with a big scoop of vanilla icecream, chia seeds and falooda. The hint of rose flavor was really refreshing. The best part was that it was not too sweet, just perfect. Loved it. A special mention for the polite service by the staff. Look forward to visiting soon.

Aquarius serves light eats and drinks to residents at the Taj Mahal Palace and Towers. Since its open only for residents, it is private, especially in the evenings. The ambiance is beautiful if you enjoy a poolside restaurant. A great place to have a drink.

Awesome ambience and setting in the evening. Loved spending time here during my stay. They set up Bar be que around the pool. Quality of food is top notch and staff is extremely courteous as you would expect at Taj. Must visit!

As the name suggests Aquarius, right besides the famous giant swimming pool of the iconic Taj Hotel. It’s an outdoor dining place with a scenic view of the swimming pool and palace exterior. Strictly only for guest who are staying in the hotel, meaning no walk in outside guests permitted to dine in. The food compared to the other restaurants in the hotel for the same menu is pricey but it’s worth an experience as it transports u to a tropical garden somewhere out of the city. Cool winds and arched beautiful corridor passageway greets u as u sit in sipping ur favourite wine or dining with friends and family. At the end of the passageway is a cozy artist corner where ur children or even u can bring out the artist in u. Our server was very polite and even remembered that we liked the cookies a lot. He was generous enough to serve extra tea and had a smile always which could make out even in the mask :). Hats off to the staff here. They have a canvas board with papers and color pencils available. The artist corner ends at the gymnasium for in-house guests to workout. It’s actually a Five star rated place but just reducing a star for the food pricing (since the same burger here is few hundred more than what u could get at the adjacent dining cafeteria called shamiana). As we sipped on the tasty hot cup of tea, couldn’t resist and say “Wah !! Taj”. ☕️

This is a coffee shop just overlooking the swimming pool ! Very calm place to sit a grab a couple of beers while munching on some nibbles! I suggest this place to people who look to have a solitude filled evening !

The place has a comfortable sitting by the poolside, where one an sit, relax and chit chat with a friend over a drink. We walked in around 10:30 and the kitchen was already closed. However, they were kind enough to call in the chef to adhere to us. The in house brew was not available. I ordered for French Night Cap ( Hot Chocolate with a blend of whisky) which was perfect on a cold winter night. Their Penne Arrabiatta was also good, with a quantity to suffice two. The cost did justice to the quality and quantity of food.
