Loved the coffee… one of the best cold brews I amazing place and come… one of the best cold brews I have had in Mumbai… even the cappuccino nirvana was amazing… and the sundried buckwheat cookie was a guilt free choice..

Very Limited choice for Vegetarians. Coffee was good, Ambience too. Only in the morning limited staff to take order. But once order placed it came very quickly.

I visited Araku Cafe at CSMT and ordered the Garden Leaf Salad. Unfortunately, around 98% of the salad consisted of just lettuce, with very little variety of other vegetables or ingredients. It was disappointing considering the price and expectations. I informed one of the staff members about it. He simply said he would inform the chef, but there was no further acknowledgment, explanation, or attempt to address the concern. The experience left me feeling that customer feedback was not taken seriously. I hope the cafe improves both the quality of the dish and the way it responds to customer concerns, treating every guest with the same level of attention and hospitality.

location 5/5 vibe 4/5 food 4/5 Service 1/5 you have to wait 25 mns for a glass of water and even more for your coffee. This has happened twice now

The milk in our coffee tasted sour. Both my friend and I fell seriously ill a few hours later with repeated vomiting and severe diarrhea, which seemed like food poisoning. Really disappointing. Please ensure the freshness and quality of your milk before serving customers. Very dissapointed

i orderes bibimbap which was not at all like bibmbap but bowl of cold veggies assembled together. Coffee is meh. Ac is bad
