Went to the jio drive outlet . Tried the hummus platter which had 5 types of hummus. Quantity was good enough and it was tasty . But the bread with it tasted more like a roti . Paneer shawarma that we ordered although the quality of the paneer was soft and fresh it lacked flavour. It was bland from the inside and it only tasted better with the dips. It wasn’t as authentic as I expected it to be.

On a hustly Friday night, we ordered chicken shawarma platter, mutton/lamb shawarma platter and lemon water. Chicken was delivered in a few seconds, it was cold and the fries were already dried out. Mutton took some time, must be preparing it fresh we thought. It was boiled flavourless flesh with fries which were double fried. Ordering salted lemon water was a mistake as it tasted just like salt in water BLAND. 2 stars for being grateful to them for serving us. We are never going back

HORRIBLE. Never again. 0/5 for service and ambience. Ambience: Loud noises from outside seems like you're sitting at the corner of the road (which you are unfortunately), cheap electronic music adds to the irritating atmosphere. They will move the cooler towards other guest when they get the chance. The cooler actually gives out just hot air in the first place. Again cheap. Service: Miniscule amount of garlic sauce given for takeaway even when requested and additional order was placed. When asked for an extra serving of rice, comments were made by waiter stating, "this guy is asking too much" as if they think we cannot pay for extra servings. This is regarding shish tawook in which rice the quantity for few pigeons are given along with some half roasted onions and chilly, cheap presentation. Food overall was decent, kudos to the chef who I think needs to get a job somewhere else. Food is NOT the only thing that matters, when you're making the guest feel like a beggar after paying fairly decent sum of money. It's a glorified corner shawarma / kabab wala.

this is regarding there team not aware of this zomato pay app .. I ask them can I pay with this app they said we don't no we're payment goes... don't keep this kind of reasturant on app if they are not aware .. poor team by zomato .. and please train the outlet and jio how it work then only put on your platform .. or it's waste .. not question of discount .. it's guest repution too .. all there staff comes together feel like I have did some crime paying from this app .. as a reasturant reposbility alos to check .. all this .. and jio world drive ... crazy mall the staff say they work for jio .. so much glitch... educate ..or don't put on your platform

the restaurant denied giving the food n said money is not cum to us and purposely tried to give excuses until i argued and found the transaction which was paid via zomato .. causing too much chaos nobody was ready to even help
