​I rarely leave reviews like this, but our experience at Arbab- Bandra west last night was genuinely frustrating from start to finish. If you’re looking for a pleasant evening out, look elsewhere. ​Despite having reservations, we were seated at the absolute worst table in the house—smack-dab in the dead center of the dining room. We felt like we were on display. There was zero privacy, and we spent the entire night dodging servers and other guests who were constantly brushing past our chairs. It’s clearly the table they use for people they don’t care about. ​ ​The real kicker came toward the end of our meal. While we were still finishing our conversation, the server brought over mineral water—served in cheap plastic glasses. It was a blatant, tacky "hint" that they wanted us to pay the bill and get out so they could flip the table. ​Bottom line: Treating paying customers like a nuisance is a bold business strategy, and it worked—we won't be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values hospitality!

Let down by the experience. Was eagerly waiting to try this place out, but the food, the service and the overall experience was an absolute turn off. Hummus was below average, Zaater bread extra hard and chewy, Falafel seemed hard like a rock .. Slow and poor service .. Not worth the hype!

So poor service, we literally waited for 1 hr, we have ordered a platter before ordering we asked him whether it will be enough for 4 people, he said yes! And got a platter which eaten by a 1 year old kid, soo poor, and i literally paid 2000 rupees for this shit food

The shawarma was super dry i even asked to get it changed but they were like this is how it is and also the fries they give serve is with the potato skin when told the manager that the fries skin is half peeled he was like this is how we serve it !!

pathetic management, extremely rude never visit this place. They asked us to talk in Urdu if we had any complaints, we are in India Hindustan he needs to know this. extremely disappointed and will file a complaint for sure.

the restaurant was undergoing renovation and at 7 pm they were just cleaning the tables. toilets were not available etc so I did not end up eating there
