I rarely leave reviews like this, but our experience at Arbab- Bandra west last night was genuinely frustrating from start to finish. If you’re looking for a pleasant evening out, look elsewhere. Despite having reservations, we were seated at the absolute worst table in the house—smack-dab in the dead center of the dining room. We felt like we were on display. There was zero privacy, and we spent the entire night dodging servers and other guests who were constantly brushing past our chairs. It’s clearly the table they use for people they don’t care about. The real kicker came toward the end of our meal. While we were still finishing our conversation, the server brought over mineral water—served in cheap plastic glasses. It was a blatant, tacky "hint" that they wanted us to pay the bill and get out so they could flip the table. Bottom line: Treating paying customers like a nuisance is a bold business strategy, and it worked—we won't be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values hospitality!

They’re always renovating WHILE serving clients. Results? The orange juice came with a fly in it. Once flagged it was outright denied by santosh the staff. It was also annoying that he always keeps back half the takeaway food as food is complementary for staff. Half the things i ordered weren’t packed for my takeaway so they can eat it themselves. I’m a regular at arbab Bandra and will not be visiting again after having 2 back to back such experiences.

Supremely noisy and uncomfortable to sit. Food too was a big disappointment and not worth the price or hype. We ended up junking most of it. Definitely not going back.

Generally nice folks n place but nothing special for the pricing. Very below average billing process & staff seemed untrained. Seems very focused on take aways.
