I had a wonderful experience at Archana Veg Restaurant. The seating arrangement is very comfortable and well maintained, making it a pleasant place to dine. The staff is polite, attentive, and provides good service. The food quality was excellent. Benne dosa was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked with great taste. The paneer chilli was awesome — the paneer was very fresh and flavorful, which really made the dish stand out. Overall, great food, good ambience, and friendly staff. Highly recommended for veg food lovers! 👍

The tomato soup was literally orange in colour similar to aamras and Cold, not great taste as well. When mentioned they didn’t even acknowledge rather said that’s how a soup is. Not gonna recommend soup atleast. Rest is all average nothing great.

Had gone for dinner along with wife, it was a horrible experience, had to request for glass to drink water, had to request for tissue paper, had ordered Manchow soup without green chilli but was served soup with green chilli, had request for replacement, had ordered triple Schezwan rice and same was served with hair in it, replacement came after 10 minutes but was not cooked properly and taste was average, will not visit again

We were ladies with our teenager for Dinner. looking 4 us offered uncomfortable place for which we objected but they insisted as it was Saturday where as upper section was empty all 6 seaters and all empty still we went ahead. food and Service was pathetic and the Manager Sourav was very rude. would never recommend this restaurant to enemy also worst place. Tasteless food don't try butter garlic mushroom

poor service and also I have to pay extra at counter as they told they are not accepting payment via Zomato which at no point was informed to me and once I did payment from Zomato they didn't let me go untill I paid the difference amount,as per owner he has told Zomato to stop giving discount and because their internal dispute it's the customer who had to suffer.

Restaurant asked for extra money stating that offers are only applicable if you sit in ac and not applicable in non ac which is not fair they asked for additional amt equal to the offer which was 10%

staff is very rude , food is pathetic , they are not at all welcoming . for giving discount they force you to eat what you don't want . never go to this archana restaurant. A BIG NO for this .

Poor service. Despite the discount mentioned on Zomato, it was not applicable when I arrived. Additionally, the food quality was not good, and both the senior staff and manager were very rude.
