⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aromas Café & Bistro – Bandra West We recently visited Aromas Café & Bistro, located at Ground Floor, Mamta Building, Waterfield Road, Linking Road, near National College, Bandra West, and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The ambience is very cozy and welcoming, with beautiful interiors that make it a perfect chill café. It’s an ideal place whether you want to work on your laptop, relax alone, or hang out with friends. The vibe is calm yet lively, and it’s easy to see why the place gets packed on weekends. They serve an extensive menu from breakfast to dinner, and the food quality is genuinely impressive. During our visit, we explored their special Strawberry Menu, and everything we tried was delicious and well-presented. 🍗 Chicken Wings in Smoky Barbeque Sauce – This is their best seller, and it absolutely lives up to the hype. The wings were perfectly cooked, super juicy, smoky, and full of flavour. Definitely a must-try. 🍓 Mahabaleshwar Strawberry Cream – Fresh, creamy, and very refreshing with authentic strawberry taste. 🍫 London Strawberry Chocolate – Rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. 🍵 Strawberry Classic Matcha – A refreshing drink with a nice balance of matcha and strawberry flavours. 🥥 Strawberry Coconut Matcha – Unique, smooth, and surprisingly delicious. The overall experience was a solid 10/10. The service was prompt and courteous, and a special mention to Kamal Sir, who managed everything very well and made sure we had a comfortable dining experience. If you’re in Bandra West, this café definitely deserves a place on your bucket list. Highly recommended, especially if you’re a fan of strawberry and berry-based menus 🍓✨

Visited recently and absolutely loved the experience. The Christmas decor is stunning and the snowfall adds a really nice festive touch. They also have a Berry Festival going on, which makes the menu even more exciting. We tried the London Strawberry Chocolate, which was rich and indulgent, along with the berry ice bucket cooler that was very refreshing. Tried the Strawberry Classic Matcha for the first time — not bad at all. The highlight for me was the Strawberry & Pistachio waffle, which was absolutely delicious. For food, the paneer lollipops with ranch dip were flavourful, and the pink sauce pasta was so good that I’d happily come back just for that. Overall, great ambience, good quality food, and a place worth visiting, especially during the festive season.

Aromas cafe bandra serves Great variety of food , desserts and beverage. Their butter garlic prawns are a must try and so is the aromas special pasta and grilled chicken with truffle oil. They have a strawberry menu going on with great desserts and drink. They are also serving the mahableshwar strawberry cream. The service is great too Specially mention to Sadanand. A must visit with friends and family and it’s open till 1 am serving all your late night cravings.

Have been going to Aromas for the last 4-5 years but this time was different, and disappointing, and here's why it won't improve - 1) There's nobody on a busy weekend at the entrance to manage the customers and allot tables to them. Waiters are dual-hatting. 2) Customers are sent to tables where chairs have broken armrests, even when there are empty tables elsewhere. The place hasn't been renovated since ages, and everyone is okay with it. 3) The staff has completely changed and the new servers are inexperienced, unprofessional, curt and outright winging it at their jobs. They served us a sizzler when the two of us had just 2 small plates and a fork each. On being asked to serve it, they lied to us that sizzlers are "not served anymore". Just a couple minutes later, we saw them serving it at another table with 4 people. Serving a sizzler is not a privilege, it has potential safety issues when handled incorrectly. Anyhow we managed to finish it without harming ourselves. 4) On asking the staff for cutlery so that we can atleast serve it to ourselves, they handed us one soup spoon! Never seen this type of ignorant behaviour before! I can't believe it's the same place where I took my parents last year. The place has gone downhill in all aspects, and menu prices are up for no reason. There are just better places to go in Mumbai which do not treat customers this way.

I have ordered two red sauce pasta they were sweet as jalebi. when I complained to the restaurant they said we add tomato ketchup and sugar to the sauce. like seriously if you dont know the recepie please dont spoil someone else experience

The plump server is very rude, acts like he is the owner himself. not customer service but pushing away customers. The security guard here keeps staring at women in creepy way and they do nothing about it
