I have been to this cafe many times and it's always really good ambience, food, coffee and service. This time, I had a flat white and chicken & cheese omelette. The omelette was really a delicious and filling meal. The service was prompt and the music playing was really fun.

We were welcomed with a warm smile by Mr.Sachin ! Protein punch salad and americano were too good 😊! A big thank you to the chef and Sania ( our captain ) ! You made my mother's birthday a special one 🥳

A very good restaurant with excellent service with a lot of attention to detail on order to please you. Need to work on welcoming the guest but the rest of it is good.

There was a small cockroach on my table just roaming about. The restaurant was otherwise clean but maybe some pest issue otherwise. rest everything was good.

Food is good..regular bistro cafe...but the service is very disappointing. they are very veryyyy slow...takes ages for the food to reach the table .

Please steer clear of this restaurant. My wife ate chicken popcorn here and vomitted the entire night. We couldn’t believe that it could be this restaurant and blamed it on something else she ate that day. Today I went there again with family and ordered a hummus tofu bowl. The tofu was beyond rotten. I took a bite and had to spit the entire thing out as it smelled like a dead rat. I was furious and called for the manager who chose to not appear. I went to their counter and contained my outrage and brought him to the table. I asked him to taste it but he did not and swiftly took the dish to the kitchen. There was absolutely no action taken and they just immediately billed me for the other dish I had ordered. This is beyond preposterous and I am definitely going to take this up with the food authorities. This restaurant’s license needs to be looked into. The manager just blamed it on the distributor as that should have been my concern as a customer.

Dining out is about the experience, but Aromas Cafe fails miserably. While the cheese chilly toast, chamomile tea, and pasta were okay, the service was appalling. Staff refused to serve food or even bring water to the table, and when asked, they were outright rude. It seems management has instructed them against basic service. If you value respect and service, stay away from this place.

I had ordered a main which included parsley rice. They just got me plain boiled rice. When I mentioned that the menu said parsley rice, they just garnished it with chopped parsley and got it back. When I said it's not parsley rice, the staff said this is how they serve it. It was a ridiculous conversation and with no concern from the staff.

Waited for almost 35 - 40 mins and got nothing to eat , probably they forgot the order , the staff is not bothered very pathetic service misplaced the order , had ordered for onion rings and mushroom they got me alfredo pasta after almost 40 mins after that I just walked off , disgusting ,

We were pressured into accepting a dish we never ordered — and didn’t even want due to its flavour — after being told that refusing it would mean the cost would be deducted from the server’s pay. This was manipulative, unprofessional, and left us feeling very uncomfortable.
